The roofers arrived promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job. They were very thorough in the clean up process. I'm very satisfied with the whole process and the outcome. My roof looks great!

They showed up on time and got right to work. Gary worked with me as I had to postpone the date and he was more than willing to wait until I got back home from out of town. This was new construction and he advised me on the paint to get. They also cleaned the windows when they finished. This is measured in man hours, so if there are 3 men that equals 3 hours, or 8 hours divided by 3.

21st century was great to work with and very responsive. I always got quick replies from the sales rep, office staff, and crew lead. The work that they did seems to be very well done and they finished ahead of schedule. I really like how the house turned out. If i had to complain, I would say they could have done a better job cleaning up the job site. I found a bunch of nails left in my driveway and backyard just waiting to be stepped on/runover and a fair amount of debris was left on the roof. There were also a couple of occasions when I was told the crew would be coming out to do a final touch up and they never showed. Nothing I would consider a major problem though, since I never really needed to be home for them to come by. Overall, it was a good experience and something I would do again.

First the sales person who came by to do the estimate was on time but then when I tried to get in touch with him via email there was no responses and I had to call the office. He then called that morning and said he has been driving and could not drive and do emails at the same time. This was 2 weeks so I dare say he was not driving for 2 solid weeks. I have to work around my work schedule so timing was crucial. The painting crew that showed up were on time and most did not speak English but the lead I believe his name was Juan was so professional, polite, explained everything and was always willing to answer questions. He spoke perfect English which helped. They did miss a part of the laundry room trim that needed fixing but Juan addressed it right away. They could have cleaned up a little more = outside patio and some paint on the wood floors but they were hard to see. Juan and his crew did an great job. (I hope I have his name right!!) Sales guy kind of gave the perception that once I agreed to move forward he disappeared with excuses. This did make me second guess if I should use them. But as sales guys go that's what they usually do............

21st Century Painting & Roofing was extremely accommodating to my last-minute request. I called them on a Monday and asked if they could complete the work prior to Friday and they were able to send out a painter that Thursday! The painter arrived shortly before 8am. He was courteous and even gave me a few pro tips while I was painting a closet in the same room as he. The work the performed was efficient and well done. Cleanup was fast and no mess.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was one guy and he did a very good job. He worked hard and did a great job. I had to provide the paint.

I'm exceedingly impressed with the services provided by this company. I purchased a deal for 3 interior Painters for a Day for $640. On the day of my service, the painters were prompt and professional. They were attentive to the areas that needed painting and were even able to assist with a minor repair to a small hole in my drywall. The painters were courteous and extremely professional and the lead painter (Juan) was exceptionally professional. I highly recommend 21st Century for your interior painting needs.

Gary at 21st Century was good about making contact and explaining the process to me. He prepared me well for the two day job. The roofing team arrived when they said they would and worked a good solid 8+ hours both days. They started early so they could finish up before the heat became unbearable. They were polite, accommodating to other people who needed to come and go from the house. They have obviously worked together before, because everyone seemed to know what they were supposed to do without getting in someone else's way. When they were finished, they clean up the entire property very well. This is always important to my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend them for your roofing needs.

What follows is largely my fault for not reading carefully enough and understanding the fine print on the bid. I was expecting the bid to be for the entire amount of the project. The fine print explained that it was just for the amount in addition to what I already paid Angies list. As a result the ?$3999 Big Deal? wound up costing $7463, almost double the ?big deal?. I am still a little confused ? the house is being taxed at 1498 square feet. Yet the builder claims the roof was 2866 square feet. I know the roof is larger than the house, but 1360+ square feet larger seems a little excessive. This may all be a moot point because I did sign the contract. But I still think you need to know.

I am not a gusher and expect quality work so this review is a bit atypical for me. These folks did not disappoint on any level. The crew was punctual, polite, and worked incredibly hard all day long. I had hoped they could get the 2 larger areas done (the ones with the tall walls) but had paint ready for 3 bathrooms (1 master, 1 guest, and 1 powder room) in the off chance they had any extra time on their hands. They completed absolutely all of the work leaving me with zero paint projects to do. The prep work was well done and protected furniture, flooring, trim, windows, etc. The workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up well behind the work. I had a very positive experience with this company and will reuse them for any future painting needs.

This is the second time 21st Century has saved me. When we moved in a year ago, Kip was able to squeeze us into the schedule for that week to paint three bedrooms ($1200 for prime&paint). This summer I was being brave and planned to repaint the dining room. I got it primed and had the paint... then got food poisoning. I had a very limited time table to get the work done and again they were able to send someone out. The painter (whose name I forgot because I was barely conscious that day) did a great job. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent - fast and inexpensive.

I got the Angie's List Deal for 3 painters for a day for $699. They painted pretty much my whole house. I had done a lot of prep work, like surface painting several walls, spackling and sanding holes, and removing all light switch covers. But they were able to finish my whole house and even stayed a little over to finish the final room. I have some small complaints about some things?.like a spot where there's paint on the crown molding, a couple of weak patches, some unfinished business?..but for the most part, I got my whole house painted in one day, and that's not much to scoff at. I thought they got a lot done, did a very good job, but not perfect. I think if they weren't hurrying to finish at the end, it would have been better, but I appreciate more that they completed everything, so that was great.

21st Century Painting and Roofing painted the second floor of the exterior of our home. I had painted the first floor exterior, but did not feel confident in some tricky areas of the second floor (chimney and other areas). Gary sent Juan and his team over to do the second floor and the team knocked it out in three days in extremely hot August weather. I found that it is very easy to work with Juan and his team and the job (two coats of paint) was completed very easily and quickly. The job-site was left clean of trash and litter. The house looks beautiful. Thanks 21st Century Painting and Roofing!

They delivered the shingles the day before quickly and professionally. The next day it seemed 8 to ten people came out and removed the old shingles and felt (some of the felt had not been removed since the house was built In 1952), replaced a lot of rotted wood, replaced all the vents with updated ones, re shingled the entire house (2000 sq feet) then painted all the vents and caps to match shingles. They finished at about 6pm the entire job which was good because we had a storm an hr later.

This guy wanted $480 AFTER a $100 discount for whatever to fix a 48" by 16" damaged piece of sheetrock in my garage!

Called 5 companies for bids, only 3 called back. 21st Century sent out Gary within 2 business days to give the quote. Qoute was put together within 2 days. Gary was on time for the on site estimation visit and very professional. He gave a good amount of advice and shared his experience about the construction of houses from my neighborhood. After the estimate was done they worked with me to pick and chose what parts of the work were actually being done and priced everything separate. They were pretty busy and the weather was not cooperating so it took 3 weeks from time of signed work order to when they showed up to start. Work was done without issues and cleanup of site was near perfect. They staged some materials on the lawn since theres nowhere else to put the stuff and a little bit of the lawn turned brown but is quickly filling in again one week after the work was complete. All the painting and trim is really well done, even the part that is completely hidden behind the chimney up on the second floor roof area. Gary followed up after the work was done to make sure everything was good. Overall I am really happy with the result and the price. I will use 21st Century Painting and Roofing again when the next project comes up.

It took Gary 2 days to return my initial call. He asked me to call him back with the details from our insurance settlement which I did a couple of days later. I never heard back from him....

Very well. Very pleased. They're very professional. Showed up when they said they would. Very clean. Great experience.

Very delayed in obtaining quotes from roofer and then it was double the cost of the initial price, which may still be a great deal, but not for us at this time.

They came and picked up the doors to paint and stain them at their facility. They were very careful to handle the doors gently when carrying them out of the house. I supplied the paint and stain colors and 21st Century supplied the material. The doors remained at their facility for several days to allow the paint to cure. When they were ready to be moved, two crew members brought the doors back to the house, attached all the hardware, hung them and painted the frames. The two guys worked quietly, diligently, professionally and remained until the job was complete. Hanging a door properly is not an easy job. All of the doors are balanced so that they will stay in the position they are left, not swinging closed or open on their own as the old doors did. This impressed me. All the painted doors look amazing. The stained doors are a little rough to the touch, but not so much that I would request a redo. Overall, I am very pleased with the workmanship.

They are courteous and on time. They are pretty good overall.

The painters showed up on time and worked hard until the job was completed. They cleaned up very well. I could not have asked for any better service. I would recommend them to my customers.

We had 21st Century paint the entire interior of our house. We are more than please with the job , service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any painting project you may have.

They sent one person out to do the job. He got the job done in about 4 hours. The cleanup was good.
