They were excellent - I can't believe they completed all of this in eight hours. They did a great job - everything was completed tidily and coverage is great. No drips anywhere.

This provider has a deal for exterior painting for 1600 square feet or less for $1600, but when I asked them to come out and give me a bid, they quoted $2660. My house is stone on three sides with only some accent/trim work, and then a full back side (less than 1000 square feet total painting area, including all trim), so I didn't understand why the quote would be so much higher than the deal. No one could explain what the extra $1000 cost is for, or who is really standing behind the quote.

$699 for the deal + $40 / hour per painter to complete additional work. The company was easy to work with. The painters were punctual and polite, and very efficient.

They did a good job over all. There are some trim spots that could of been done smother, but over all was happy with the job.

We were quite happy with both jobs (interior and exterior). Because we planned to install carpeting, we asked the painters to remove carpeting around the interior floor trim to paint to the floor. All was done promptly and efficiently. The exterior job required quite a bit of carpentry to replace damaged walls. The quality of this work was good. Paint job was very good and done promptly. Crew came back over to take care of a few minor touch-ups, and again we were happy with the outcome. Would definitely use again.

The two men who did the painting were fantastic. They worked for over 8 hours and never took a lunch break. They did a great job on the walls and on the trim. They were very professional. I would definitely hire these two men again.

I purchased the deal for 21st century roofing and painting. They stated they could not complete the stucco and grout repairs I am in need of. Could you please refund the money? With appreciation.

They are unable to do the work in the time frame that I am needing

Gary came out the day after I called him to give me a quote. Because we were flexible on timing, he happened to have a crew that could come out the day after that. I couldn't have been more impressed with their efficiency and the quality of their work. We were extremely impressed with how the job turned out. I would definitely hire them again, and will recommend them highly to other friends!

Timely, polite, great painters and very polite!

They came and they left some samples for my roof and I haven't been able to get a hold of them after that. I have already signed a contract for them to do it but I haven't heard from them. They seemed good and prompt, he came right away and he looked at my roof and gave me a lot of information, he was very good at what he was doing and very professional.

The job went great. We first got a quote from another vendor and they wanted me to supply the custom stain color (which we no longer had and couldn't contact the original painter who did it to get the color). Additionally, their quote was TWICE what 21st Century Paint & Roofing quoted me! Needless to say, we didn't use them. Then we called 21st Century Paint & Roofing. These guys were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did a great job refinishing all the wood and matched the custom stain color perfectly. They told me when some of the water stains and/or scratches might not come out completely and I appreciated the honesty. However, the water stains are barely noticeable. They really made everything look like new again. We encountered 2 issues, and both were promptly and professionally handled. One, was that one of the workers said that they would return the next morning, and he didn't. I did have to call, but when they called me back, they were very apologetic and immediately got someone else to come later that day and were trying to put another team together to finish the job on time, which it was. The other issue was that one screen got damaged when they removed the protective covering, but they took care of it right away and got it fixed. I would definitely recommend 21st Century Paint & Roofing for the quality of their work, their value, and their treatment of their customers.

They called back quickly, came out to look at the project quickly, and scheduled it quickly. They showed up on time, took about 2 hours to fix a small section of the roof of our patio that had been caved in by a DISH receiver that we no longer use. I would use them again.

They did a good job. They called at 8 in the morning and said they would be there at 8:30 and they were. The coupon was for 4 hours and they meant exactly 4 hours. They did their work but then left so quickly they actually left a tool behind, and left the window seals for me to paint myself, which was okay.

The owner and two painters arrived at the time the owner said they would, at 8:30 a.m. We walked through the house and I pointed out what needed to be painted. The two painters got to work and did a wonderful job - straight lines on the tile, no paint spills or drops, and they worked until the time was up. They were hired for 4 hours. If I noticed a spot on the baseboard that needed some touch up, they immediately touched it up. They didn't use drop clothes at all (they were that good) and only used tape for the carpet along the base boards. I am VERY picky and notice every little thing but they were great about it and frankly there wasn't much I had to ask to be touched up (which is very unusual). I can honestly say that I don't see many people anymore that truly do a good job. Most of the time they have to come back and fix something. This is definitely not the case. The young men painting were VERY good at what they do, very polite, professional, and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use there services again.

Gary the owner was very professional and definitely customer service oriented. From day one he offered very sage advice regarding paint and prep work that would help the job go smoothly. I called Gary several times and he was very reassuring, knowledgeable and never acted like I was asking too many questions (which I did) and I knew I had chosen the right company to do the job. When I purchased the two guys for 8hrs deal online I really did not know what to expect on the day, the booger green wall was to be eradicate :) Gary's team showed up right on time and I had done the prep work Gary had suggested so they were able to leap into action. They were also very professional and courteous. They did a great job above and beyond my expectations. They were able to finish painting our whole living room and dining room in 8hrs. Mind you in our living room we have 18ft ceilings... I thought at best they would be able to finish the living room. These guys were great and they were able to do two coats and both rooms look great could not be more pleased. Gary and crew I would definitely call you back for future work. Thanks again. The work is amazing. I'm so pleased with how it turned out. The job took a little longer than initially anticipated but there was a lot of carpentry work to be done. The crew was very nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and worked hard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
