Jon did a great job on my cement front and back porches. He repaired a portion of my crumbling front porch and stained both the front and back porch. He was very patient as I selected a color and he came back for stain touch ups on request. His price was very reasonable too! Now, what were just gray cement slabs, are now eye-catching outdoor living spaces adding to the curb appeal of my beautiful home. Thank you Jon!!!

Jon from Versatile Coatings did a FANTASTIC job from start to finish. I shopped around before choosing John - and to be clear, I chose JOHN, not just his company. Not only was John the most affordable for the job, but he gave a very personal feel from the beginning. What I like is dealing directly with the guy who owns the company. Jon not only meets with you to provide the estimate and suggestions but he is also the person who does the work. We are pleased with the results, and think the price is fair. No headaches, and pure professionalism all the way. I'd hire again in a moment. Jon Vilhauer is the owner, and I was happy that he answers his own phone, and does all the work from start to finish. No "crew" to come out and do the work. You get Jon's wisdom and experience at every step. Jon was helpful in guiding us to pick a suitable color and surface. He said that 98% select the "full coverage" flecks, so we have a nice grippy surface. Jon also advised us on an interior room with a concrete floor that we may refinish. Some fine finished cabinets in the garage were treated with care and undamaged. There were no unexpected charges once Jon had the measurements. Our normal garages on a large home worked out to under $1000 per car space. Hire Jon without hesitation.

John Vichauer was very punctual in returning my call when I first left him a VM and he carried through with that punctuality through out the job. He listened to what I wanted, clearly explained any options and did an excellent job.

We contacted Jon of Versatile Coatings to come out and give us an estimate. He is very experienced and did everything he could to help us prepare our floors for treatment. This is not an easy task when doing a remodel! He was very flexible as we hit snags trying to get our floor prepped for him to come in and treat it. We elected to do the floor prep ourselves as to lessen the cost of the project. Jon gave us tips and suggestions and even lent us a grinder to do the flooring demolition with. Our floors turned out great! Thanks Jon! We couldn't have done it without you!
