I received an estimate the same day I requested it and the work was done within a week. The workers were polite and did a great job, including chipping the smaller branches and cutting the bigger pieces of wood into firewood. They also neatly stacked the firewood and left a tidy pile of chipped wood.

I called Timberr Tree Services, I didn't hear back I called them again. I didn't hear back, I called them again. He finally came out and gave me a quote. He had had some personal stuff going on, I said "okay, no problem." I had to call him several times to send me the quote. He sent me the quote and he was well below anything else so I thought my job here is to be very patient and just wait for him to have the time. He's very, very, very busy and he doesn't return calls well but you couldn't tell except for the whole underground that my tree was even there. He cleaned up well, super nice guy and his wife is the one that answers the phone and sets up appointment and stuff so I couldn't say it was him, it could have been her that didn't relay the messages. They were both very nice people. I was just very patient and he called me the day before to tell me he was going to be there and then it rained so he didn't come. He called me the next days and he told me he was going to be there that morning, that was fine, it didn't matter to me. He was very professional but you have to be responsible for reaching out.

.They are certified arborists. Their owner is Michael Mathis. When they came out they just came back to do something for free. I will keep using them in the future.
