J and J Construction and Roofing did a very professional job installing an 800+ foot perimeter fence at our apartment complex. They provided a detailed bid and performed the work on time and at budget. They were responsive to fixing a small number of items on our punch list and we are very happy the the quality of construction and the final end product. We would have no problem using Jason and his crew in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a General Contractor.

Jason Dyer, owner did the quote himself and was around all during the time the prep work for pouring and pouring was being done. During the quote process Jason provided many ideas as to what could be done with the space we had to put a patio in, keeping cost to a minimum as a goal in the process. I never felt he was pushy with his ideas or looked at only his financial gain. Originally the work was to begin in three days after the contract was sign but Jason called back in two hours and said they could start the next day. The workers did an excellent job of preparing the ground pour site. They even found ways to save the grass excess and dirt to be used in other parts of the yard (which they did for me at no charge). After the pour and acid wash Jason came back to look over the site and realized some spots on the acid wash were missed or need to be rewashed and did that the next day himself. Jason also brought in dirt to dress the border around the patio where they concrete had rough edges, which was not part of the contractual agreement (at no extra charge). The project was completed in 11 days. I could have gotten the project done a little cheaper but felt Jason's willingness and attitude was excellent and worth the difference. Jason is open to discussion about the work being done and there to back up what he has promised. I would recommend Jand J Construction and Roofing. I would be happy to talk to anyone about my experience.
