he came out in the dark, all sewage was backing up in the shower. He fixed it all and told me what I could do to prevent it from happening again.

Everything in our house would not drain, sewage started backing up in our shower. I was washing a load of clothes at the time and had to hurry and turn it off. Being so close to the holidays I thought we would have a hard time getting help. We have used McGowan Plumbing in the past for other jobs and we were very pleased with everything about him and his work. It was starting to get dark when I called him, I was shocked when he said he would come right over. He cleaned out all my lines, which he found his-self with no problem. We couldn't remember where they were so we were no help. He installed a clean-out port which will make it easier if this happens ever again. He fixed all the soil and grass back where he had to dig, even though I told him he didn't have to do that. He has such manners and is so polite, and was very patient and answered all my questions about other plumbing projects that I had been thinking of. I will use Zebulen McGowan of McGowan Plumbing for any and all plumbing jobs that I have.
