+ -1 moreHe's extremely competent, his prices are reasonable, and he does exactly what he says he's going to do, in a timely manner. He's smart enough to bring a second man along on a two-man job.
Description of Work: He's done lots of HVAC work for me, including installing and removing a heat pump in one of my homes. He also recently repaired and air conditioner.

+ -1 moreThe job was very neatly done without leaving any mess for us to clean up.
Description of Work: The first air conditioning company did not fix the problem with the inside air unit of the central air system. It was a saturday & I needed to call another company. A friend recommended Comfortville air & I called them. They answered & said they would come in about 1 hr. They arrived & identified the problem & saw that the old inside air/furnace handler was not fixable due to freon leaks caused by rusted out metal. I scheduled the work to be done as soon as possible & they returned a couple of days to do the job. The job took about 6.5 hrs & everything was done neatly & very professionally.
