Contacted the company from a referral to request an estimate on sod installation for my front and backyard. Chris provided estimate on May 25th and I called to schedule installation on June 1st; with a couple of changes. I was told at that time that the installation would occur mid-July. Contacted Chris on July 16th to get an eta on my installation and it took a couple of days to get a response. Received a call back on July 19th and was told that my installation was scheduled for August 18th; and was asked to send a copy of my estimate because they could not find it on their end. I ended up cancelling my installation because it seemed to me that they just lost my order and instead of owning up to it, they just rescheduled my service. As I advised in my notice of cancellation, I would have been okay if they would have just said that they lost my order and would have to reschedule; but to act like that was the originally agreed upon date was not acceptable. The only response I received from my cancellation was "I understand, that's not the case but I understand where your coming from".

I am having an entire backyard makeover by Godbold Landscape and this is the first step. X-treme arrived today around noon, and finished the job at 5:00 p.m. They did exceptional work, cleaned up, answered all my questions and even questions from the neighbors. I am so pleased with the work. Nicest group of guys one would ever meet.
