The quality of the work was good. They didn't do a good enough job in sheeting off the other rooms to keep the dust out, and all the sheetrock dust and texturing got into my air conditioning system duct work. I brought this to their attention and they paid to have my air ducts professionally cleaned.

We had excellent service from him and we would use him again.

Mr. William Hart is so good. He is very thorough. I have been using him for the past 4 years for some job or the other. My house is 30 years old. Since my house is a split level house, a part of it is underground. When he started on the den, a part of my house was sunken and there was water seepage through the retaining wall for probably 25 years. Mr. Hart was recommended to me by my structural engineer. He fixed the problem very well. In case you have a difficult problem in your house, Mr. Hart is the person to fix it. I call him the 'leak specialist.' He does an excellent job. He is an extremely honest guy. He always tells the right things. He once told me that he will include two coats of paint in the contract. Then he came to look at my house and told me that it might need another coat in order to give complete protection from the seepage. His son too, works with him. They are very prompt and very good people.

It went very well. They contractors were very good. They clean up was good as well. They completed the job in 3 and a half weeks. Their bid was a little cheaper than other bids I had gotten.
