Description of Work: Followup communication after the roof was done could have been better. We had to wait a few weeks before gutters were finished. But overall they did a good job and loved Richard Johnson who worked the bid for us and checked on crew throughout day.

Description of Work: We suffered hail damage and used Vertical Roofing because they could general contract the work we needed done, a one stop shop so to speak. Between the workers not completing the work as expected, the length of time for completion, the numerous supplements sent to the insurance company as add-ons, and the company's inability to detail work completed with cost... We were disappointed and really just ready for the experience to be over. If I had it to do all over again, I would have hired the different companies I needed to complete the work. It would have been cheaper and taken less time.

Description of Work: They replaced our roof, installed a new solar fan (instead of ridge vents) and replaced our rain gutters. It went quickly and fairly smoothly---had one stop because the work permit was not visibly showing when City of Leon Valley drove by. City Inspector made team stop work until it could be proven there was a work permit. Permit was on computer. Might be better to physically display on home window next time. Richard was awesome to work with in the bidding process and he stayed around observing the work crew for most of the day. We were impressed with having a the man we knew best on site during the process. Overall very pleased with the work!
