All work was done very well and on time. I was kept advised of the progress and was shown what was being done as it was being done. I have no complaints at all and would use this company again .

I had seen the Vertical signs and used them because my neighbors were pleased. The contractor met with my insurance adjuster and really helped ease through the claim. When they started they took a lot of care to not damage any of our extensive plantings and did the re-roofing in quick order. We chose a very high end shingle and the project manager knew about it and several additional choices. I was surprised how much effort they put into the clean up. We would certainly use Vertical again and have had friends thank us for sending them Vertical's name. With so many high pleasure Chuck-in-a-truck roofing contractors we feel lucky to have found one we feel we can trust to be fair and very knowledgeable.

We weren't pleased with our experience. They were supportive at first and responded right away. The roof itself was good, but the damage we incurred from them working on the roof took a long time to get everything repaired adequately. They used too long of nails on our patio and the plywood they used for the ceiling in the patio was so thin that it began to bow after a few months. I felt like they were trying to get the work done as cheaply as possible. They did come back and make good, but I feel like they should've done the work right the first time.

It was an excellent experience. They were prompt and told me exactly what was going to happen. They did the work in the sequence it was supposed to happen in. They arrived early, did the work in one day, and cleaned up well. Because of the amount of work they had to do with other homes in the area, there really wasn't a lot of follow up.

It was a good experience. They did what they said they'd do. They did an okay job on cleanup; there were a few nails and shingles, but it was better than I thought it'd be.

Terribly. Communication was poor. They started a week after stated date right as I was leaving for a trip. When I returned I discovered they nailed through Freon line and that caused damage I had to pay for!

The work went incredibly well. Brandon was very patient with us through the entire process. He offered expert advice about roofing materials and colors, but was respectful of our desires. One Saturday morning in order to help us with deciding the roof color, Brandon took us on a tour of houses to see various color combinations. The crew with whom he worked was efficient and professional. Before they left they replaced plants and other yard decorations and cleaned up all debris. There was not even a nail left to puncture a tire as is usually common in most roof jobs. The price was fair and more than competitive when the upgrades and repairs that were included in the installation are considered. The ridge vent that was a rather expensive item is attractive and we have notice a dramatic improvement in the efficiency of our heating system since it has been installed.

All done in one day. Removed old roof and put new one down.

Brandon came out to check the roof and spent a long time explaining in detail what needed to be done and why. He worked with the insurance company regarding the claim, we did not have to worry about this. He arrived on the day he said he would. There was extra work needed when the shingles were removed, this was taken care of immediately. The workmen were very professional, working efficiently and making very little noise and mess. I expected it to be a nightmare but we hardly noticed them there. They were done within two days and they cleaned up superbly. I did not find even one nail left behind. We have had several rainstorms since the roof was done and no leaks have been found. I would highly recommend this company, ask for Brandon.

The project manager stays on top of the entire process from the contract, dealing with insurance, to the actual day of roofing. He was there all day to ensure all was well.

It went very well. justin was very professional, but more importantly a great guy. My friend across the street used them and was pleased all the way around. I did not choose them, but would not have worried one bit if i did. He actually gave me advise after telling him i was not going with him, which made me feel guilty. I did witness them put on a new roof on my friends house and i would say out of all the roofers i have seen in my neighborhood they looked like the best. The whole crew was the same shirt, which to me is a sign of a company caring about the little things as well as the big things. They did not throw the shingles in the yard like all the other roofers did. They actually had a dump truck to place all there scrap. Its just to bad that the house next to my friend had their room done too, by another company and they threw the shingles in her yard. If you choose them your in good hands.

I used these guys because my roof suffered a lot of damage after the bad hail storm we had last week. I called them on Monday and a guy was able to come out and do an estimate the same day. He was really professional and actually got up on my roof himself, investigating the damage. He spent a lot of time with me, making sure that I understood exactly what was going on. His crew came out the next morning and they were professional and CLEAN. They didn't throw any trash or nails all over my lawn which is a huge plus for me. They did a great, fast job on my roof and I would definitely use them again.
