Vertical Roofing

The owner and roofing crew were professional, pleasant and it was a very positive experience. My roof looks great, the company's owner, Eddie, communicates well keeping me informed at every stage of the process.

When I first asked Vertical Roofing to come out for an estimate, Eddie came out and walked me through everything. He's very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of my roof to me and what needed to be done. The price that he quoted, I felt, was very fair and reasonable. I also appreciate the lines of communication with the company. They did a wonderful job with the repairs, (which only took one day) and left my yard and driveway super clean. Really appreciate the professionalism of this company. I would definitely hire them again!

Did not perform everything that was in the advisement. Had to be call back to the property because he did not check the attic. He was very Professional but did not what to for full his job duties. Told me he had other jobs to do, and the next time he in my area he would finish. Was suppose to email the invoice to me but never did.

The quality of work was excellent. The representatives of the company went over the complete process and the contract with me. I did have some questions and concerns on the contract after reading it later, specifically regarding the contractor's profit and how that is handled. It was indicated that the insurance would cover that portion. It would be a good idea to cover this more in depth when going over the initial contract rather then letting the customer be confused when reading the contract on their own later.The work was done as a result of a hail storm and covered by insurance except for the deductible. A supplier for the contractor did leave some heavy tire tracks all over the driveway when delivering the supplies with a forklift that were very disturbing to me, but Steven, with Vertical, used a power spray to remove them near the end of the job. Special thanks to Steven. Steven kept all the promises made thus far. The job was completed on 9/3/2015 and now Vertical is to submit the final paperwork and photos to the insurance company in order get final payment from the insurance company. All has gone well to this point. I will report any problems in the future if any are incurred with the final process of obtaining final payment from insurance. I have been told that I will not have to pay anymore out of pocket. Vertical does have some professional employees that seem to genuinely care about the customer.

Vertical Roofing and Eddie McClelen are wonderful. After meeting with two other sub par roofing companies, we without a doubt, decided on Eddie to handle the repairs to our roof. He was friendly and professional and earned our trust immediately. Only two days after I called and told him we were ready to go, Eddie and his crew were here and finished the job in less than a day. They were quick, professional and efficient. From what I could see it all looked great. They had to get on a very steep angular section of the roof to complete the work. Project Manager Eddie was friendly and very professional. He sent me a quote immediately after meeting with me, and the crew started the work a few days later.

After a hail storm damaged my house, I needed to find someone to do the repairs. I was a bit unsure who to go with due to the sheer number of contractors available and wanting to make sure I chose the right one. All of my skepticism went away after I met Mike Pask from Vertical Roofing. He was sincere and honest from the start. He took his time and did a thorough walk through of my house to identify all the damage and was the single focal point to make sure everything was scheduled to get repaired. Then within just a few days, people started showing up to do the repairs. Even the roof was replaced in a single day, the workers arrived at sun up and worked to completion at sun down. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. To be honest, I didn't realize this sort of customer service was still out there. Mike made us feel like family, you could tell he sincerely enjoys what he does. I can't say enough about Mike or Vertical Roofing. Go with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Eddie gave initial quote and his team worked on leak. The waterproofing and testing took five iterations but Eddie continued to work it till we didn't see any more droplets. I hope there is no more leaks, if there is Eddie has provided a one year warranty if I need him to come out again for the same problem.

They were great, although they did not call to notify us they were coming to service our roof. The gentlemen showed up and instead of introducing himself, he started playing with our dog while my husband and I stood at the door wondering who he was. The gentleman did a great job though and was very thorough. We recommend this company and would more likely use them in the future.

Mr. Eddie McClelen arrived promptly on time as scheduled and was courteous in his greeting. After completing the roof inspection and re-sealing the loose shingles, including sealing some loose wood around the chimney, he offered advise on the condition of the roof and the services he would recommend in the future. All in all, I was pleased with his work ethic to complete the work for which I had required services and had paid for. I would certainly recommend his services to others.

Eddie was very prompt and explained everything clearly. His crew finished the job well, quickly and the price was very reasonable.

A return visit as scheduled. The roof vents were in need of replacing due to age and quality. He replaced them and replaced roofing materials as needed due to the repair. As we have 8 vents, that was a lot of shingles. He also repaired the patio cover. Ed and his crew were very responsive. They actually called to come earlier than planned. They removed all trash from the repair-did not leave even a scrap. Will I use them again? YES!

It went well that called with a date, and time. I was not able to be there, but they had called me to let me kow exactly what they had done to fix the problem. We have had a couple bad storms, so I know it was fixed since I have not seen anymore leaks, so I am very happy with the service, and would use them again.

A large oak tree fell on our house and put a hole in the roof. We called to get our roof fixed, they returned our call and came out to give an estimate the same day. They had it fixed very quickly, they were able to work us in to get it done. Which was very nice because there was rain coming that week. Thank you to Eddie McClelen, he was very professional and great to work with.

I can say that Eddie is an amazing project manager and you can't find a better person to help with the new roof installation. He worked with my insurance company when they declined to approve a new roof. Once we got through that obstacle, he made sure the job was done correctly and on time. He explained the roofing material, underlayment, and timing. Given that I had had a not so pleasant experience with a previous roofing job, he found that they had placed shingles labeled as seconds on that job and knew that it could have jeopardized my insurance claim. I had no idea that this had occurred. He made sure to explain everything clearly and answered any questions that I had. I would use this company again in a second. You can't go wrong! Ask for Eddie when you call them and he will take care of you. Great company!

The entire project went well. Actually, I had two projects. One for a home I sold, and for my new home. Eddie, the project manager, was honest, forthright, and clear with the project details. The project was fast, and on time. I highly recommend.

Me being in the construction industry I have a good understanding of a quality contractor. Vertical Roofing is one of the most complete contractors that I have dealt with. They prepare, execute and follow through. They have great crews that are quality oriented. Supervisors stay on top of all the jobs to make sure you are satisfied! from the formal insurance inspection though to the very end, the conpany carried the load. There was very little interference with our activities. They were prompt in response to our questions. Their answers were complete and satisfying. The new roof is sound and meets our needs. I felt we were lucky to find these people.
