Description of Work: Re-tiled shower --late every day; left a mess for me to clean up every day; very unprofessional job. Installed vanity too large for area, broke tiles; had to get a plumbing company to remove and install smaller pedestal sink. Got tar on three tiled rooms and a carpeted room. Trashed the yard and garage. Counter top okay installed by independent; tub refurbish okay installed by independent. Contractor installed range hood and it is okay.

Response from Unique Construction Concepts
The garage was not a mess.We did have a few spots of tar on tile floor but cleaned up. Carpet was not dirty because of us and I even volunteered to clean it even though we not responsible but she refused. The vanity she has mentioned was picked out by her. She gave me the picture and the sku number from Lowes for the vanity and I picked it up showed it to her and she said thats the one I want so we installed it. Days later we tried to pick up final payment and she said vanity was too big and I should have told her she wouldn't like it. She also complained that the guy that measured countertops was drooling? Never were we given the opportunity to correct any mistakes that we didn't cause and but offered to do in another attempt to please her. She also has a balance due of $815.00 which she refuses to pay. As always we went above and beyond trying to please this customer. She will not allow us to make the adjustments she is unhappy with all while she is refusing to pay her already discounted balance due.
