He was out the next day, looked at the tree, cut off a small limb w/leaves and said he would send in to A&M for evaluation. I paid him cash, and didn't hear from him for 3 weeks. I called him, he said he sent it in and that's all he could do. Unless I wanted him to come back again and cut another sample. He's a very nice man, however, I should not have had to call him, he should have followed up with to let me know he had not heard from A&M. He should follow up on projects. I told him I felt like I received nothing for the $50 charge. He said it 'might' be nutrition. I declined him to return and try again. Will look for a true Tree Expert.

He clipped off limb, said he would send to A&;M for opinion. 1 month later I called to find out results and he said he never heard back from them. $$$ paid for nothing.

Absolutely excellent work from every standpoint. The 25-year-old live oak trees have never looked this good. Our neighbor recommended TreeTop when we discussed our need for correction of recent tree work done by a different company. TreeTop provided an estimate lower than expected, set an appointment within a week, showed up with a good-sized team for the job, and completed the work in a manner that exceeded my expectations. The entire team was professional. Work high in the trees was done by an arborist and the estimator is an ISA-certified arborist. I will definitely use TreeTop again and would provide an unqualified recommendation to anyone needing tree work. They deserve an A+ rating!

Once team arrived they worked very fast and did a thorough job and a great job cleaning afterwards. One area of improvement though is that they left once finished without getting my approval of the work. They did a good job so it turned out well but still would have liked to be able to look things over with the team while they were onsite. Would hire again.

What they said during quote and work that was actually done were not as detailed. To get trees trimmed properly, I would need to pay additional. They also failed to cut limbs over neighbor yard and I had to wait two more days for them to come back

Lee came out and gave me a reasonable bid on the work I wanted performed, nice guy, no pressure, very professional. Work was done a week later, all went well, yard was cleaned before they left, less than two hours. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Treetop!

The service was exceptional. The crew was right on time and was professional and courteous. They were very careful and removed trees very close to my pool without leaving any mess . The process was very smooth and price reasonable .

I was on vacation and came back to a wonderful surprise. The trees were gone that had roots growing above the ground. They were neat and professional. I had no problems and they are extremely prompt, kind, and friendly. Very, very affordable considering the amount of work they had to perform. I would use them again!

Mr. Ed was knowledgeable and professional with his estimate but it proved to be more than I could afford. I asked if he could leave the trunks tall thereby lowering the price to a more affordable amount. He was happy to do it and he didn't even make me feel cheap!

I contacted Tree Top Tree Service by phone and they responded within 24 hours to schedule a time to come out and give us an estimate. Ed stopped by and was professional and informative as he listened to my concerns and gave his opinions about what he thought would be best for our trees. The post oak trees are an important part of our home's landscape and one tree that we estimate is at least 100 years old is the focal point of our backyard. He listened to my concerns about the fact that I wanted the trees be "trimmed" to remove dead wood and only those branches that truly needed to be removed so that the shape of the tree would be maintained. I showed him examples in our neighborhood of trees that I thought had been hacked to levels much higher up the trunk than I wanted to see on our trees. He assured me that his crew would take care to only do a "light lift" and that he would let them know exactly what we wanted. We were able to schedule a time to complete the job that was convenient for us within two weeks of the estimate and a crew of at least four men arrived exactly on time. They were all polite, friendly and very open to me observing, commenting and asking questions. Ed also came by to check on the job while they were working. They completed the job to our complete satisfaction. The trees look better than I had hoped and, just as importantly, they did an excellent job of clean up... getting all the branches and leaves out of the pool, out of the flower beds and lawn and sweeping off our deck, sidewalks and curbs and taking away all of the debris. We would definitely recommend Tree Top Tree Service.

ground. Very good service and value.Excellent service. Came out for the estimate the next day. estimate was 300 cheaper than anyone else and 500 cheaper than 2 others. Set up appointment and then showed up on time as promised. They removed the tree and hauled ground it up. They ground up the stump. When I got the mulch/sawdust cleared out, I found that the stump needed more work. They came back with no problem and re-ground the stup till it was 4 inches below

On 6/15, they scoped the work and gave us an estimate. They originally scheduled the service for 6/29, but said they might be able to do it sooner depending on weather. On 6/22, Ed called and said they could do the work tomorrow if we wanted. I told him o.k. and he said they would come about 7:45 A.M. They arrived at 7:48 A.M.! When trimming the limbs that were within the scope of the estimate, they also trimmed out deadwood and adjacent smaller branches for aesthetics. The removal of branches in the scope of the estimate revealed several areas which required further trimming of several large branches. They did all of this and trimmed the suckers on all the trees up to about 15 feet. Their cleanup was excellent. They not only raked up all the debris from their work, but also raked most of the yard, including a huge amount of bark shed by 4 large crepe myrtles. They had backed the wood chipper into the driveway and after shredding all the tree trimmings, they blew and swept up all the leaves, twigs and other debris and left the driveway pristine clean. The whole work crew of 4 men were very nice and very professional and thanked me when they had finished. They worked professionally and safely during the entire process.

Everyone we dealt with at Tree Top were great. The did a superb job and cleaned up all the debris. We are glad we used their service.

They came earlier then planned. cut tree. Grinded stump. Left area in neat order.

Trees were trimmed but not sure if I would use them again.

Unfortunately they couldn't come for three weeks. When they did arrive, they cut up the tree but they left the branches because their chipper was broken. They were vague about when they would return. I had to make some phone calls to find out more information. Two days later, they did return and took the limbs. They did a great job removing all of the debris though.
