Description of Work: Technician fixed the initial problem, but other problems came up within a day or two. If the technician had been more thorough, the additional problems could have been identified and dealt with at the time. Company wanted to charge me for another service call (after hours, at that) to come back and fix these issues (which, as I said, could have been spotted at the time). Chose to use someone else.

Be upfront on the costs!
Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for a cost to move a thermostate. Josh arrived right on time. Excellent. Gave me the estimate of $425. Reasonable and I intended to proceed. Then he handed me a bill for $76 for a service call. The represenative I talked to on the phone never mentioned this. Will not be returning to this company!

Description of Work: The appointment was scheduled for 8am and Jimmy arrived right on the button...first time ANY service company has been so punctual! He checked my a.c., both the inside and outside units. He advised me of possible work that might need doing in the future and wrote out the parts and prices that would be needed. He was pleasant and efficient and did the job in a timely manner. I will be watching for more of Angie's coupon offers in the future....already have a couple of projects in mind!
