The heater was blowing but not heating. A technician was sent the same day as called during the specified window of time. The problem was diagnosed, options for repair explained and work completed. The next day the heat was not working again. Technicians were sent and found the pilot light had simply gone out. They relit it with no charge for the visit. This was the first time I had used Tom's Mechanical. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and answered any questions I had.

Tom's was prompt and they did an excellent job repairing the Furnace. They also installed surge protector so that this will not happen again in the future. Excellent and professional service was provided. I will use them in the future if necessary.

It was OK except for the price. They broke another part and so I wasn't happy with that. They just short circuited it. They wanted more money to fix it, but I didn't pay them more. I would tell people not to use them.

My old 40 year old unit was replaced with a more efficient unit with new features and options including digital thermostat, remote sensors and internet access so I can monitor the home from my smartphone. Everyone was great from the first phone contact to the estimate and prompt installation. Each person was knowledgeable and professional. It was the best contractor experience I have probably ever had. Thanks again guys.

They were timely, courteous, and happened to be the least expensive. Brian, the sales manager listened to my concerns and explained the process. He was great.The technicians finished the work over an hour earlier than expected. The technicians arrived early and were very nice gentlemen. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to anyone in need of an HVAC company that is priced competitively and provides exceptional service and professionalism.

I woke up the morning of Martin Luther King Day and felt unusually cold. When I went to check the thermostat to see what it was set on I found that it had no power. I reset the breaker, but it quickly tripped again. I went straight to Angie's List to look up a reputable Heating and A/C company. Tom's Mechanical rated very high and I personally knew of some people that had used them in the past and were happy with their work so I gave them a call. They also had a discount coupon available through Angie's list which was an added bonus. Joshua showed up later that same day and quickly determined that the board that turned the blower fan on in my attic was not working. He said he would have to see if they had the part in stock and that they might have to order it. It could be 3 or 4 days if they had to order it so Joshua asked if I would like him to set up the blower fan so it would run continuously so we could have heat in the meantime and I opted to do this rather than freeze. Amanda called me from Tom's Mechanical the next day and said they would be here around 11 am to install the new board. Joshua showed up and got everything running quickly and even checked my filter and changed it for me. Thanks Joshua and Tom's Mechanical for a great repair experience!!

They performed the work while I was there and went in the attic to check the interior unit and also to do the cleaning of the exterior unit. This service, I was told, did not include washing or blowing out the drain line.

I called for an appointment and was scheduled the next day. The service man was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. After he throughly checked all our equipment, he declared that all seemed to be working properly. He washed all the sides of the units outside as that had not been done in several months. I plan to use this company again next year.

Couldn't use the service. Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday, and Tom's couldn't make it. Will use in the future.

This was a very professional company. The worker performed a thorough tune-up of our air conditioning system. He arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Great - the day of installation they were prompt and very cordial. Then the same thing has been when the inspections occurred. The are prompt, on-time, polite, they answer any questions you have and give instructions where needed. One added benefit has been that my electric bill has been reduced a lot since the installation. I would use their company again and wouldn't hesitate to give them a reference.

He showed up on time and explained what he was going to do. He explained the process while he was doing it and cleaned up well after he was done.

The technician showed up on time and checked out the unit. He concluded that it only needed a little more insulation around some of the duct work and that 2 items that the home inspector had noted were not required by city code and further would be in the way if done. Very pleased! Will use them again for my new home.

The company was very professional and understanding. Had to reschedule several time and they had no problem even with the last minute call. The technician was friendly and answered all questions in a way an ordinary person would understand.

When they came out they put in 3 pounds and my system did work for 48 hours and after watching him work on it. I recognized that the first company that came out did nothing but took my money.

I was very satisfied with them. I would give them a four-star review. They came right on time and they were very professional, very knowledgeable, and courteous.
