I have had excellent service in the past with TNS, but won't be doing business with them ever again. They installed a new air handler and condenser (whole new system) for my upstairs. The installation went fine without any problems and the work was done in a day without any issues. After a few months, I found out that the system does not cool, and water leaks into the catch pan under the air handler and drains out the emergency drain. I called Todd to get him to come back out and fix these issues (and to also give me a quote on installing another piece of equipment). He scheduled an appointment with me and then was a no show for the appointment. I called and got no answer. I then called from my work phone and he picked up, apologized and rescheduled the appointment. He never showed up for that appointment as well. I again tried to call him to see what the problem was since the units are well inside the warranty period from TNS. Again, I got no answer. I also left messages with no return phone calls. A warranty from TNS doesn't mean very much if they won't ever show up to do the warranty work. UPDATE: I ended up scheduling repairs for these units with another company. Total repairs to get the NEW system working correctly were over $800. Even something as simple as the drain for the unit was installed incorrectly. The emergency and main drain lines were switched when it was originally installed....I was able to fix this thankfully and avoid having to pay another company even more money. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
