One of the absolute worst contractor experiences we have ever had. Mr. Cichon subcontracted the actual repair to a shady guy who lives in his old beat up van. He did marginal quality work on the rare days he actually showed up at our house, he left a water pipe cut open and stains on the bottom of the pool. He also tried on a few occasions to convince us to pay him directly. Mr. Cichon agreed to clean up the mess himself, but took three months to get around to it. There is one thing he did do very well, though. He is very adept at coming up with excuses for not showing up when he says he will. I would estimate that he only showed up 1/4 of the days/ times he told us he would. The only thing that brought him back was telling him that we were going to pay the balance to someone else to complete the work. It made Mr. Cichon angry, but he did finally come back and fix it after canceling 3 or 4 more times. Avoid this company at all cost.

We signed a contract with Three Seas Pools for Pool remodel in March of 2016. At that time, Mr. Cichon (business owner) assured us that the work would be complete before summer (2016). The work has yet to be completed. Mr. Cichon has made excuse after excuse for the delays. Someone might show up and work for a few hours every other week or so. They finally finished tiling and replastering the pool in June. The job they did is shoddy and substandard, and now the pool is leaking. My husband gave Mr. Cichon $6,000 to complete the work on the deck 2-months ago. He has yet to find and fix the leak or even start on the deck. We haven't seen and have barely heard from him in weeks.
Description of Work: We needed our pool re tiled and re plastered and our deck resurfaced.
