+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid this company to clean and make repairs to my grill. After the first appointment, they told me that my grill needed $2,500 in parts and repairs. The technician came out and replaced only a handful of the parts that I paid for, did not clean the grill, and never communicated again and his number is now disconnected and the owner does not return calls, even after telling them that I would dispute the charges with my credit card company. I was also charged for a trip charge that was supposed to be refunded with the repair work being done. I am still without a working grill and will now have to engage a more reputable service provider.

+ -1 moreWorst service ever. Had to call to get information on when each part was going to be installed. Usually took 2-3 calls before I was called back. He never finished repairing the grill. It is still not working properly. Loren will not step foo on my property again.
