+ -1 moreWAS VERY FRIENDLY, LITTLE SLOW TO COME OUT FOR QUOTE. MAIN PROBLEM WAS THAT AFTER I GOT THE QUOTE I LEARNED IT WAS ONLY FOR INSTALLING THE OAK, NOT SANDING AND FINISHING IT FOR A COMPLETE FLOOR. THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT WHAT HIS BUSINESS REALLY MAINLY WAS ONLY FOR PREFINISHED FLOORS - SO I AM NOT SURE WHY HE BID ON IT ONCE HE CAME AND SAW WHAT WE WANTED DONE.
Description of Work: BID ON CERAMIC TILE INSTALLATION. MAIN BID WAS TO REPAIR AND INSTALL NEW AREAS OF TRUE OAK FLOORING, NOT PREFINISHED CLICK TOGETHER OR GLUE DOWN FLOOR.
