Description of Work: TEXAS APPLIANCE & BUILDERS' SUPPLY does not and never has provided appliance repair of any sort whatsoever! Angie's List needs to stop referring to them for applicanc repair.

Description of Work: We needed to purchase a new microwave/oven combination. The sales people did not know their merchandise. Sales person was slow to acknowledge us in the store and then was gone for extended periods of time looking up merchandise in the catalogue. Went to a competitor. Was helped immediately. The competitor knew their products. At the competitor we were literally in and out of the store in 20 minutes, with our purchase and an appointment for installation. We will not waste our time going to Texas Appliances again.
