Their technician aren't professional,customer services are not polite.they fixed wrong way(they told me need replace capacitor& recharged freon,they charge me $600 but AC stil not working,I hired other company they told me problem is not on capacitor,problem on Biston,if not replace Biston,Can't recharge freon).I called Accu air explain problem but they didn't send any technician check problem,take money & go away,irresponsible.

Customer declined full recharge of system and was informed it would cool but not that well. Customer was also informed the valves on the compressor were weak because they waited 3 days to call someone to come and fix it. The next day when it was over 90 degrees, the customer wanted us to come out for free because it was not cooling well. If they allowed us to fully recharge the system on the first visit they would not be having a problem, and if they did have another problem we would come out for free. Customer called us the next evening before hiring another company, and hung up on us before confirming an appointment.
