No work was done because the company failed to respond to my email via Angie's List. I went with another company.

The first rep, Josh, left the company w/o turning in my order. When Boo Steen was new owner, he went over order to correct the problem. Great customer service by him and his installer.

They did a great job. They kept rescheduling the start date of the job (three times) without telling me, but it wasn't really that big of a deal and the sales guy was pretty cool. I couldn't communicate with the workers, due to them not being able to speak English, but the quality of the job done was excellent. I'd highly recommend

The project was completed in one day. They came back later and replaced 11 pickets, I deemed interior.

The worker arrived on time, worked quickly and was very polite. A problem arose and they went beyond what I would have expected to find a solution.

Sean inspected the job, asked questions to understand what I wanted and prepared an estimate. Returned several weeks later to answer neighbors questions, quickly resolved minor issue during work on fence, removal and post installation and confirmed work was satisfactory before final payment. Wife and neighbors pleased with fence!

Started on time 9:00am. They had all the picket, rails and brackets. Took old fence down in 1 1/2 hours. Finished new fence and getes by 7:00pm. Wonderful looking fence. They did a great job, worked all day and hardly took time off for breaks. We were very, very pleased and happy.

They did an excellent job installing the gates. They came when they said they would and completed the job on time. Gates are still working just like they did when they where first installed over 7 years ago. We had a misunderstanding on width of the gates after the post where already installed and they didn't dispute it they just made it right. I would use them again and also recommend them. I plan on calling them soon for fencing.

I would use them again in a heartbeat. Scott Ballard was amazingly detailed when he came to estimate the project. There was no guess work with this project because all dimensions, materials and costs were documented. I can't recommend Scott and his team enough.

Scott Ballard was very pleasant to work with. He came to a property I had just purchased to measure and quote a chain link fence I wanted installed for dog enclosure. The fence measured approximately 450 feet. I wanted three gates. Not only did Scott make very accurate notes about my needs, he also let me know that some of what was quoted by another fence company was not necessary. The other company quoted gate sizes that were larger and more expensive than I needed. I appreciate the protection from spending more than I needed to. The crew came a few days after I accepted the quote. The crew worked hard and carefully and accurately. They made sure everything was the way I wanted it and to my expectations. I was given several opportunities to ask questions or clarification. The fence and gates are perfect and fit the needs of me and my large dogs perfectly. I recommend T-Bar Fence for your fencing needs.

Scott arrived promptly and measured my fencing and wrote an estimate to replace the fence and evaluate the electric driveway gate. The crew to tear down the old fence, remove it, and set the posts arrived on the afternoon of April 1 and even though it had rained all morning, they completed all the work. The new fence was completely done on the second. The electric driveway gate turned out to be unrepairable since no parts are available for it. The gate person came out three times and did his best to get the gate to work properly all for $89. All calls to this company were answered by an office person and promptly returned by the appropriate person. The fence looks great!

They are the perfect example of why Angie's List is needed so using bad companies like T-BAR FENCE can be avoided.

Men showed up Monday to cement metal posts, leveled all poles. Next day fence was formed up metal brackets and horizontal 2x4's then pickets laid. Beautiful and timely. Very easy to work with.

They cleaned up the old fence after they finished and left the area neat and clean. The fence is well anchored in the ground. The welding where the sections join looks well done. The fence feels substantial. I do not know how competative the price was. (We did not get another quote.) I am happy with the quality of the fence and the installation. I would recommend them to others.

Scott was courteous and professional and treated his men with respect. Job was done per contract, one exception was discussed with us prior. Clean-up was good.

The installation went smoothly for the most part. They did nick my sprinkler system, but the salesman repaired it. The gates started experiencing problems within 2 years of install, After 3.5 years, the wood on the gate panel split, and the metal hardware broke (spring to the handle fell out). The quality of the 2 gates was poor. Also, the wood planks started develop MANY knot holes, where the knots fell out. Very disappointed. UPDATE (July 6, 2012): A little over one year after the fence was installed, I called to have a gate repair. They repaired it free of charge, but told me that any future repairs would not be free. I guess I expected the gate to last as long as the fence, not just a year. As stated above, the gates started experiencing problems within 2 years of install, After 3.5 years, the wood on the gate panel split, and the metal hardware broke (spring to the handle fell out). The quality of the 2 gates was poor. I did not call them because I did not want to have to pay for repairs on the gates. I called them in May of this year because I needed an additional short fence (to enclose my A/C unit) plus my original fence re-stained. I called them because I thought they would give me a real good price, being an existing customer. However, their price was much higher than another Angie's List company (Watauga Fence). Unlike T-Bar Fence, Watauga Fence guarantees their gates for as long as I own it.

Bob always checked on his crew. There was a small mishap which was re-done to our satisfaction. Great company to work with.

They came about 2 hours later than I expected both days. The gate in front did not have a knob on Dec 29 and Bob Steen fixed it on Jan 12, 2012.

Awesome job. Complete professionalism from start to give estimate & complete job. Great crew, great company. Did extras at no additional cost. Highly recommend.

Rarely arrived at expected times but worked late into the evening to complete the job. Did a fantastic job overall!

the installers misread the order and failed to install a gate which they came back and corrected. their contract exempts them from liability for broken sprinkler heads and other damage. they broke one sprinkler head.
