Description of Work: Ask them to determine why my solar water heater was not heating correctly. THe tech determine the problem to be a bad heating element and replaced it. After they left the next day it was the same and I had to order the correct element from the manufactor myself then have them come back a second time and change it again. At which time they told me I had an electrical problem. I contact an electrician and he inspected thier job and told me to have them turn the circuit breaker back on the next time I had work done by them. SINCE THERE ARE FEW SOLAR COMPANIES i WOULD PROBUBLY USE THEM AGAIN BUT ONLY IF THEY SENT DIFFERENT TECHS(PLUMBERS)

+ -1 moreJohn is one of those rare contractors that is more concerned about helping people than getting their business. I won't hesitate to do business with him in the future when the need arises (e.g. solar electric panels, which they also sell).
Description of Work: I spoke to John Mann at Sunrise Solar about installing a solar water heater. He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained up-front that since my existing water heater is gas, the cost savings would be very small for a solar water heater, so he wouldn't recommend it. If it were electric, the payback would be much better. He then explained why and answered all my questions. The contractors I spoke to before John never mentioned the small payback and were ready to sell me an expensive system. John saved me a tremendous amount of time, money and frustration, just by being honest.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with the solar pool heater (and cooler). It gives us 2 to 3 extra weeks on the beginning and end of each season and provides great comfort in our ability to control the pool temperature during the season. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to get the most out of their pool.
Description of Work: Installed solar pool heater panels on the roof. Worked with us to secure prior approval from homeowners association. Very simple and effective installation. Wonderful product.
