+ -1 moreMy pool looks great all year. I barely even notice they come but I sometimes have repair issues that they deal with right away and explain how I can do some easy things myself or have them make repairs. Not costly.

+ -1 moreI have used this company for around five years for my weekly pool service. We have also used them extensively for pool equipment service as our pool builder went out of business soon after building our pool and left us with a lot of pool equipment issues unresolved. They have always done excellent work and finished it quickly for a fair price. They are trustworthy and I can't recommend them highly enough if you need a weekly pool service company or just a piece of pool equipment serviced.

Description of Work: I requested a weekly pool cleaning. The first time was fine. After that it didn't look like they came back. I called and talked to Pam who told me they would come today but no one came. I have requested a partial refund and hope to hear from them soon.

+ -1 moreTHEIR RATES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TELL ME THAT MY POOL FILTERS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED OFTEN (I CHECKED WITH THE MANUFACTURER ON-LINE AND THEY DON'T). THEY DO SEND NOTICES IN THE MAIL WITH MY BILL TO REMIND ME WHEN IT IS TIME TO CLEAN THE FILTERS. ALSO, WHEN WE GOT FERTILIZER STAINS IN THE POOL, I CALLED TO ASK WHAT WAS INVOLVED IN GETTING THEM REMOVED AND THEY GAVE ME SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS, INCLUDING ONE I COULD DO MYSELF WITH PRODUCTS FROM A SUPERSTORE. THEY ARE GREAT!

Description of Work: MONTHLY POOL CHEMICAL SERVICE FOR INGROUND GUNITE POOL IS APPROXIMATELY $50. CHEMICAL LEVELS ARE TESTED AND THE POOL IS TREATED ONCE A WEEK.
