Sun Painting Texas LLC is a full service painting company serving the metroplex, based in Arlington. We are a local business not a chain or franchise. We are first and foremost a painting company. We offer a variety of services for your convenience such as wood repair, all phases of drywall repair and texturing, popcorn removal, etc. There's a very good chance that the person who assists you during the estimating process is Mark, the owner, Mark is not a salesman. This review is completely unexpected. My office is calling the member this morning as am I. She purchased a coupon for exterior painting last year and we painted her house in November. Everything went extremely well. There are no complaints nor any communication whatsoever between her and my company. She signed our release and we haven't heard a word from her since then. Teddi, my receptionist remembers chatting with this member. There were some health issues with her sister and Teddi, being the retired doctor's receptionist that she is, often connects with people on that level. Plus she's just a sweet person to talk to. I am sure that, if there were any problems, Teddi would have remembered them. In a nutshell, I'm dumbfounded. If there are any issues, we will take care of them immediately, but we need a call. Perhaps this review was intended for a different provider?

Description of Work: Sun Painting painted the exterior of my home and fixed some of the rotting wood. They did a great job, were very punctual and professional. It is maintaining its beautiful look and sheen even with the Texas sun and storms. Would recommend.

Description of Work: Removed popcorn, textured painted ceilings in 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living and painted entire (except 1 small bath) interior and baseboards. Took 6 days, Valente and his partner did really good work, were very nice and cleaned everything before they left at the end of the day. I work from home and they were very nice while I had to shuffle myself and 4 dogs around for them. I wish popcorn removal was not such an expensive project so that was most of the cost. We are very happy with the results and the office people are very nice.

Description of Work: We had the outside of our home painted (including hail/water damage repair) and one bedroom painted with floor board replacement. We worked with manager Mark Brozio. Everyone was professional and customer service focused. The work was completed on time and thoroughly as agreed upon. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We plan to hire them again.

Description of Work: They did a fantastic job of painting house and repairing trim that needed it as well as caulking. Very professional. There were some issues with my outdoor electrical outlets and they handled the situation very professionally. I would highly recommend them. Price might have been a little high but you get what you pay for and it was worth having such a good job done.

Thanks for this fantastic review. We overcame some obstacles, even to the point of renting a generator to finish up this member's job She had numerous problems with the power in her house but couldn't get an electrician to fix it as she was tending to personal matters out of state. But this is a great opportunity to point out the inexact nature of ratings. Any other person would have given us an "A", not a "B". Clearly a low grade from this member is worth an "A" from another member, but the numbers can't show that-just another low grade bringing down our average. I'm glad we were able to provide a quality experience for this member Mark
