Overall, a great experience with someone I was using for the first time.

Overall, they did a very nice job of painting. I would have had somethings done differently but did not know how to communicate with them

They did a great job! The repair they did on my drywall matches the existing drywall perfectly, and they did a great job not making a mess while they worked.

They did a good job painting the house and caulking work as well. I was a little disappointed there were nail marks chimney, that I had asked about. They said they painted this three times.

Great company and staff to work with. Listened to all my concerns and did a nice job painting the house. My only complaint is the clean up afterward wasnt very thorough. They left broken glass from a flood light they had accidently broken, old insulation from the soffits that were torn down and splintered wood pieces all in the flowerbeds. I had just spent 3,000.00 to redo the front landscaping and had to go in myself to clean it up after they were finished.

They completed the work and did a good job. I had no problems at all.

I called to set up the service and the owner, Mark Brozio, came to my home to measure and inspect the areas to be painted and give me an estimate for the areas that needed repair. He was professional and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He told me that the amount for the repairs would be due at the time of the service. Mr. Brozio emailed a contract which we had to amend. Then I signed the amended document and emailed the contract back. Sun Painting's schedule was busy so the appointment was about 6 weeks later. I was called by Ann in Sun Paintng office the week before my appointment and the date was able to be moved up. Workers arrived a little later than scheduled the first day so I wasn't able to be at home the entire time they were here. The first day the outside of my home was pressure washed, caulked, and primed in some areas; Light fixtures and window areas were adequately tape protected. I gave the workers samples of the two colors that were to be used, a lighter base color and a darker trim. The second day the first color was painted on the base areas and used as a prime for the trim and repaired areas. Repairs included replacing a garage jam and a piece of front porch trim and trim around some kitchen bay window were secured. The gentlemen put in a full day painting but told me they would return the next day to finish and do any touchups that might be needed. Painting was completed the third day and I was asked to check to see if all was done to my satisfaction. Their cleanup was thorough. No cloths or debris were left and the extra Kelly-Moore paint was given to me. The painters were polite and worked hard every day.

Autumn of Sun Painting came to my home and worked up an estimate for the ceiling painting job I described for her. She is very nice, understood my needs completely, and was quite professional in handling the quote, the follow-up communications and scheduling the work. A crew was assigned and ready to begin work in about 3 days, which I thought was amazingly fast! The crew of 2 arrived exactly on time and began prepping for the large painting job (which was done by spraying.....the preferred method for textured finish like mine). Autumn stopped by shortly after they began to check on the progress and make sure everybody had everything they needed, and that I was happy with the job to that point. The crew masked off what they needed to, covered all the walls, floors and furniture with plastic sheeting, and began spraying. The job took about 8 hours and they worked non-stop. When completed, they removed all the plastic and their equipment. A final inspection showed the job was done very well, very even coverage in all the rooms, with no overspray or drips anywhere. The ceilings look great, and I am very, very pleased.

Everything went very well; they stripped the wallpaper, textured the walls and painted my kitchen, including stairwell and a 10 foot, 600 sq foot ceiling. The Big Deal just covered the stripping of the wallpaper and I paid them for the extra parts. They did an excellent job and the texturing even matches what was already there. The project lasted, on and off over several months. I prepaid for some of the job in February that I completely forgot about, but they did not. They were upfront about what I already paid and just charged me for the difference. One of the things I appreciated the most about them is that they actually answer the phone instead of you having to go through a phone tree and wait for someone to call you back.

While the crack repair and painting was excellent we were disappointed with their service over all. We were told it would be a 2 to 3 day project instead of the 7 days it turned it out to be. They gave us a start date called and told us a couple of days before that they had another job and would have to start a day later than scheduled. The day they were supposed to start at 8:00 am nobody showed up. When we called they told us that they wouldn't be able to come that day it would probably be the next day, instead they showed up at noon anyway. On the first day they moved all of the furniture to the center of each room, virtually making the house unusable for over a week. They did all of the walls first that were going to be one color, then switched to a second color for two rooms and then last did all of the trim work the last day after all of the walls had been painted. We had them move the furniture back in place in the master bedroom after they painted the walls the first day. They still had to move all the furniture in the bedroom again a week later when they did the baseboards. We essentially lived in the bedroom for the next week. They took down all of the custom drapes, cornice boards and blinds throughout the house and just piled them on top of whatever furniture was in the middle of each rooms. All of the screws to electric switch plates, and outlets as well as the ones that went to drapes and blinds were scattered around the house on the floor and other places. When it came time to put things back up they had lost many of the screws plus they couldn't remember how the drapes had been hung. Most were installed incorrectly some with one screw in a bracket that was supposed to have four. Some were so bad that they were falling off of the wall. We had to have them come back and reinstall several of the drapes a couple of the days later when we discovered what a mess they they were. We still have some cornice boards that are wrong, but will rehang them ourselves because we don't trust them to get it right. When they came out to rehang the drapes we also had them toch up several places they had missed painting. There was multiple places that they had missed. All of this was made more difficult because none of the painting team spoke good enough english for us to communicate with them what we wanted.

Autumn called to let me know that she would be at my house in about 15 minutes. I appreciated the notication. She pointed out the repairs that needed to be done before the painting could be done and an approximate estimate of cost of the repairs. She did a complete inspection and gave a detailed account of how the work would be done. I received an estimate that day in email.

Met with Autumn to go over project and pick colors. She was on time and very professional and helpful. Scheduled project to accommodate my schedule. They were a little late starting but completed the job on time and did an EXCELLENT job. We are extremely pleased and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. No drips and cleaned up well after completed. I am a freak about neatness and these people rock!!

The crew was thorough and professional. My old home has new life!

They got the color just right. They painted front and back doors, the garage doors and it took them one day.

I emailed The company and asked them if they did replacing and/or repairing gables on November 8th.. Autumn called and set up an appointment for November 13th and did not show up or called. I contacted her again and she said she was sick and the company was busy and set up an appointment for the 15th. She came and picked up a check for half down on the 19th and said she would call me with a date on the 29th. I called her today and told her I had not been contacted with a day to do the gables and wanted my money back. She asked me if no one had called me and I said no and I didn't think all the excuses were professional that I had been given so the lack of contact. I will never contact them them again unless they do not return my money.

They patched small holes that needed to be filled took down some drapery hardware I had difficulty getting down before painting. While waiting to apply second coat--taped and painted small hall leading to bedroom . They were quick, efficient and thorough.

Office staff was friendly, helpful and prompt to schedule. The employee who came previous to the work being done gave a thorough estimate and provided recommendations. The gentleman who performed the carpentry work to replace rotted wood did an excellent job and accommodated our requests. The team who performed the work was excellent! They arrived early, worked quickly (but late into the day), and finished in one day. They were courteous and cleaned up thoroughly. The house and garage look great!

Very well. I had cleared the walls and the painters walked through and made sure that they and I knew what they were going to do.

We have used Sun Painting twice this year and are very happy with the services they performed. Initially, we had purchased a deal for exterior house painting. An appointment was set up to review the exterior of our home and determine if additional charges were required. The painting was scheduled for the end of July. The crew had to reschedule for one day later which was not an issue. They showed on time and began working. We did have an issue with some caulking, but after a call to the office it was cleared up that day. We were very pleased with the painting. Unfortunately we had some other work done on the exterior of our home a few months later which required some touch up painting. We called Sun Painting again to get an estimate. The work also involved some carpentry work in the garage so we also requested painting of the garage which had never been painted. The estimate was reasonable and the work was scheduled for the same week. Sun Painting finished the work in two days. Again, we were very pleased with the work.

The job was done efficiently and quickly, the cost was more than we had planned but since we had already paid the initial $2000, we did not want to get someone else to do the other work.

The experience was good despite some paint messes that I had to clean up and the fact that I did not like the color of the paint when they started.
