The person who came to complete the drywall repairs was the manager and was performing the job because his crew had quit earlier in the week. He completed the drywall repairs, but they broke apart within a few weeks. They sent out another person to complete the work and it was completed to satisfaction but we sold the house 30 days later so I don't know how well the drywall repairs held up.

The painter was 4 hours late. I contacted the main office and they took very good care of me. They had another painter come out and stay for the advertised amount of time. He did a great job and I was very satisfied. I would wighly recomend for future work.

Their crew did a great job and was priced extremely reasonable comparatively speaking to the other bids I received. I am extremely picky and they made sure the job was done right and fixed any and everything I asked them to. Not only was the crew efficient, the office staff was helpful as well, checking in regularly to make sure it was done right. I will definitely use this company again for painting needs.

Overall, the job went well.

Once the carpenters came and started the work, everything seemed to move pretty smoothly.

They were great to work with and did a good job matching the texture to the existing walls and ceiling.

Three men showed up on 08/24/2012, at 8:30 a.m. at my underground house in Weatherford, TX., which had recently been purchased. They had no paint with them and didn't know what kind was to be used, eventhough it was written on the contract. The man in charge of the group stated he and another one had to go buy paint and supplies. He left me with one hispanic man who didn't speak much english and stood in the yard most of the day talking on his phone, waiting on the other two to return. At 6:30 p.m, 10 hours later, the two had still not returned with supplies. I called Autumn, the lady who wrote the contract, and asked for a phone number of the man who had still not returned. After getting the number, I called him and asked where he was, and he stated in Bedford, TX, 20 minutes from my house. Bedford is not 20 minutes from the house which is 3 1/2 miles west of Weatherford. Since I do not not live in Weatherford and had plans that night, I left the man that had been left with me all day at a convenience store in Weatherford. I bought him some food and drink since he had been at the house all day long with nothing to eat. I don't know what time they finally picked him up. The next morning, the three returned. The man in charge asked me if I was going to be there all day and quot;cleaningand quot;. I said, Why? do I need to leave? He stated yes, they would be all over the house. I left, and came back about 3 hours later, and all the doors were locked. I assumed they were masked over, so I left again and returned in about three hours. When I opened the door, I couldn't believe it. They had sprayed everything, my walls and ceilings! This is an underground house, which holds moisture. There was overspray everywere. (I took pictures of this) When I confronted the man in charge and asked why he sprayed everything, because I had specifically discussed the issue of the moisture and that I wanted the walls rolled, to keep the moisture down. He stated, and quot;what difference does it make, it's all white anyway.and quot; The concrete floors were white with overspray and when you walked it got all over your feet. When I said something about it, he said why don't you just go ahead and cover it with carpet. I wasn't ready for carpet yet. They knocked a hole in the skylight wall, I guess the ladder must have hit it, and I didn't discover it until they had left. They took my brass stairway railing down and painted the brass drain. I didn't fill out the completion report as the house needed touch-ups, but I haven't heard from them since. If you think, you are hiring Mark, you'll never see or talk to him, you'll see some one he has contracted I guess. Do I have other properties, to paint, yes. Was I planning on using this company, yes. Would I now hire them. NO!

I had several issues with the job and left a fairly detailed message for the owner to call. However, Mark Brozio did not return my call. 1. The roof was oversprayed. Fortunately for Sun Painting, the roof had to be replaced due to hail damage shortly after the house was painted. Can't imagine how one would rectify the overspray otherwise...light paint on a dark roof. 2. Most windows were covered well but a couple of windows did have overspray. Easy enough to get off the glass I suppose but this was left undone. 3. The caulking was a bit shoddy especially near the front door. 4. The cement in front of the garage door was not covered therefore, this was oversprayed as well. Perhaps the overwhelming response to the coupon which led Sun Painting to hire additional crews was the main reason for the job I received. I would use Sun Painting again if there was more attention to detail. Cynthia

The project started a day later than scheduled, but the Company called in advance to inform us that a previous job had gone longer than expected. The first day was spent doing prep work... power washing, some minor carpentry and caulking. The next three days were spent painting. The crews were very professional and worked diligently to complete the job. The end result was a beautiful paint job.

Sun Painting arrived on time with a crew of 2. Each man took an area of the house, prepped the areas where the nail pops needed to be corrected and started work. They were in and out in about an hour and the work is great. The texturing matches which was my biggest concern, so I was very happy with the work. I highly recommendthe company.

I bought the $1299 exterior paint a house. When Mark came out to revise the quote to include some rotted wood replacement and the fact that the house is brick, the price more than doubled. Although I feel his revised price is probably ok, I just didn't have the money to do it right now. I requested a refund of my money. He said he would contact Angies List to make the refund, but I have not received it yet (approx one week.) So, I just contacted angies List today and am waiting to see if this gets resolved in a pleasant and expedient manner.

It went very well. Everything was done as expected in an efficient manner, with no surprises.

Painters did a great job removing the wallpaper which unfortunately was stuck on very hard. They did such a good job with the wallpaper removal and texturizing that I hired them independently to complete the painting of the entire room!

Excellent work.. Very fast and clean and paint job was excellent..

Two guys arrived on the scheduled date, they covered areas where they would walk by plastic /paper and began scraping wallpaper from the one of the bathrooms. They did not know much English, so we found it very hard to converse with them. Then one guy left the house around 11:00 am stating that he would bring paint and be back, but returned around 2:00 pm without any paint. The other guy was still working h****** the wallpaper. The second guy then started working and probably did so for about half an hour and left again and returned back only around 5:30 pm. The first guy still worked h****** removing the wallpaper. The first day they left by around 5:45 pm. Next day, they came with a third guy and finished all the work. I had purchased the whole house interior painting deal including paint. I was pretty happy with the wallpaper removal and painting; we definitely had to stay at home when the painting was being done.

They came to my house and said they would provide an estimate the next day. I called them a week later and they apologized and said I would have the estimate soon. I never got an estimate. They wasted both of our time by coming to walk around my house and then never providing an estimate or any follow up communication.

Professional and on-time just outrageously expensive so no work was scheduled or done.

They arrived promptly, and moved, took things down as needed. Since there were two men, they worked for 4 hours, and then they stopped. I had them remove the wallpaper in my kitchen. Unfortunately, they weren't finished with it when they called it a day. There was probably about 1/3 left. After seeing how they did it, my mom and I took it upon ourselves to remove the rest of it. It just wasn't what I expected.
