He answered the phone right away and came out the same day. He asked for photos to be sent and gave me a quote over the phone. Since I have an old tub and a 3 handled faucet. It is hard to find people who know how to repair these things correctly. He did a great job and was very friendly.

With the help of Angi, some plumbers from different companies came to check our under foundation leaks the same day. Craig from Stalcup came and we decided to go with him. Bryan Stalcup did a great job and saved us a LOT of time and money. He responded quickly and we found him to be very helpful, experienced, and honest. Our toilets weren't flushing right and we had sewage smells coming out of our drains. A different company came out, disconnected our toilet, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and told us the repair would cost thousands of dollars to fix and they couldn't do it for a week. They instructed us not to use any plumbing until they returned in seven days. (!!) We called Stalcup for a second evaluation. Bryan was on-site fast. He unclogged our sewer line within 20 minutes, ran a video camera down the entire line to show us that it was clear and undamaged, and re-sealed our toilet for 3% (yep, THREE percent) of the cost the other company had quoted. He also taught us how to stop our toilet from continuously running. The plumbing has worked perfectly since his visit. We especially appreciate that Bryan knew another company had quoted us for a large repair and could have taken advantage of this, but instead he was honest, helpful, and fast. Thank you Bryan! We've found our plumber from now on.

Bryan was prompt, professional, friendly, and honest. He discovered my problem was a broken cutoff valve which he could replace. I had been told by another plumber that the entire water supply line would need to be replaced which would require 2-3 days and be very costly. As a senior citizen, I appreciate both his honesty and his competence. I highly recommend Stalcup Plumbing.

He's probably the best plumber in the state of Texas! It's great! I've always had positive experiences with him. He goes beyond the call of duty! He's almost too nice - if there is such a thing! It's not very often that you run into someone and they can do what you need, have the fairest pricing, and they're able to tell you what will happen down the line - giving you a heads up on any upcoming issues. He never tries to upsell you on anything and always tries to fix everything before replacing it.
