The did an excellent job. The new carpet was installed beautifully, including an incline in the closet. Adjacent carpet that was already in the hall was somewhat higher than the new carpet in the bedroom but they did something so there was no difference in height when you walked into the bedroom. You could not tell that the carpets were not the same height. The owner and installers were nice and professional and seemed willing to do a good job. So far the quality of the new carper seems fine.

They came on a Friday and gave the quote on a Monday. He was very nice. When I called him, I was on my way home on Friday and he actually met us on Friday late afternoon. He was very accommodating. He was nice. He had to check with his tenders a lot on pricing. He did do followup after he left. He measured everything out. Everything was fine. The only thing was a difference in price of about $1000. It was for carpet and even for tiles that we also got a quote for.

We got good quality ceramic tile from this place. I know what to look for and they certainly were able to provide. The installation was quick and neat. They were very professional and responsive. We appreciated that they could do the work in a timely manner that was most convenient to us.
