VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE WANTED A PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPER SERVICE TO HELP US ESTABLISH A LONG-TERM PLAN FOR OUR GARDENS AND LAWNS ON A NEW HOUSE. MR. SMITH PROMISED TO COME OUT TWICE AND NEVER SHOWED UP. THE LAST TIME, HE TOLD US HE WOULD BE AT THE PROPERTY THAT MORNING. I TOOK OFF TO MEET WITH HIM. HE CALLED LATER THAT AFTERNOON SAYING THAT HE WAS HAVING TRUCK PROBLEMS AND WOULDN'T BE OUT THAT DAY. WHEN PRESSED FOR ANOTHER DATE OR TIME, HE DECLINED TO GIVE A NEW DATE OR TIME. WE DROPPED HIM.
