I should have added Sandi to this forum a long time ago. Let me say that, as a single female and first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with the entire house hunting process. Sandi has over 30 years experience in this field, and came highly recommended, but it was more than that. I picked my own Mortgage Company, and had it not been for Sandi, I would have spent thousands more. At closing, Sandi asked to see the paperwork, and then asked me to come outside of the office. There she asked if I had agreed to something written in the contract, I told her no, she called the Mortgage Company and told them to either fix the paperwork or we would walk away. My Mortgage lender came to the closing with new paperwork, and we successfully closed. Had it not been for Sandi, her knowledge, her caring more about me than about making more money for herself, I would never have known that I would have spent thousands over the course of owning the house for something I did not approve. Sandi is one of the nicest people, she is caring, honest and above reproach. I hope in 2 years, when this house is paid for and I relocate to a new State for retirement, I can call on Sandi again to sell my house and help me with the process. There would be no one else I would trust to handle this procedure. If you want someone who is caring, ethical, honest, and most of professional, call Sandi to help you with finding or buying a new home. I have not had the opportunity to speak with Sandi since I moved in this house, but I consider her a friend, and someone I would trust and someone who is above reproach.
