job was completed. gutter working correctly. you are talking about a bid we gave you for more work. which was once again changed up. everytime go to customers house, she changes what wants done, which ends up costing us, as we get stuck everytime with extra material, that we cant return. last bid given was over our 30 days, which all of our bids given are only good for 30 days. she has never had a problem with the gutter work. we have been out when said would, have done the work she has always wanted. she is unhappy as this last bid given we have decided not to do work for her, as stated before has costed us everytime we go out there. sorry

Never bothered to call back after about 3 calls to them.
Description of Work: Needed new gutters, but this company never would call me back. I called them several times and there was never anyone available that could talk to you about gutters. They took my number and didn't call back. Had to get bids from other companies.

I chose this company because they were a small family owned business and were local - always my preference when doing any business. The owner and 1 assistant did the work - arrived on time and completed work in approx 5 hours. There was a very heavy rain the day after they were installed which was an excellent test of their work - everything was great. Having no experience with pricing of this type of work, I had overestimated the cost in my mind, so $1200 seemed like a good deal.
Description of Work: Installed gutters w/ screens on 1/2 of the house which did not have any gutters. Removed a downspout from front of house - patched & repitched gutter to a downspout on the side of the house. Installed downspouts and tied them into an existing drainage system. Installed a small drainage for a downspout which did not have one to tie into
