This went very poorly. Upon arrival at the house to deliver the furniture, the driver crashed the cab of their truck into the corner of this historic older home in Fort Worth. Upon inquiring about insurance the driver variously claimed that the company wanted to settle the claim outside their insurance company. The insurance information as in who their insurance company was and what insurance they had was never provided even after speaking to two of the part owners on the phone. Their interest was in getting paid for the move before discussing the damage that had been done to the house. Ironically when they drove up to the house my thoughts were this looks like a real fly by night operator. I wonder if they have any insurance ? That continues to be an open question. We would certainly never use them again!!
