Outstanding. Mr. James Ballard was the contractor doing the work as Diamond Remodeling. He did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care or neatly and professionally. He found tile that perfectly matched our 25 year old bath tile, and agreed to install the new fixtures I bought for our tub and the two bathroom sinks. We could not have been happier with James and his hellper as they worked throughout the entire week. Great job!

Robert provided good info. on the sewer line which I already knew. But he did provide a little more info. gave his opinion on what to do about the sewer line issue. My intentions were to get a bid from a company on Angies List. Then I was going to get a camera view on the sewer line on who ever I chose. Bid ranges had been from 7500 by one plumber. Then the same plumber said he would do it for 6000. The next bid was 3500. On the phone Robert guessed 2200 just depending on the conditions. My mother in law was going to use the 6000 bid and still have the same problem with a patch in the driveway. There are some plumbers out there that give the business a bad name. It is hard to find some one that you can trust in this business. Bubba you know who you are..!!!!!! Bubba would not give a written estimate.... Robert I Know you left very un happy . and I know you cant take a hand shake to the bank. I do appreciate your time and honesty and would recommend your services..

Showed up on schedule and repaired as necessary.

Excellent communication. Was told a time and service fee and the two guys were on time and quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. They had to go for a part, returned and completed the job at no additional cost beyond the Service Fee quoted.

They checked everything but now everything is working fine. I was expecting to have to pay for the service call which I knew would be $185. Much to my surprise he said, "No charge because we really didn't do anything. Call us if you have another problem." I certainly will. I have a new plumber, Robert B's!

My tenant called me on Monday 11/24 that she had very little hot water. Went to the property on Tuesday, 11/25, thinking that I was just going to have to swap out a water heater. Realized the water was running continuously and I was out of my league on repairing this one. Called a Robert B's based on Angie's list reviews, and they could have someone out the very next day (the Weds before Thanksgiving)! Met the technician, Murphy, at the house right on time. He diagnosed that there was a leak and that he would have to find it before he could give me a fixed price for the repair. He gave me a range and a rate and I agreed to proceed with the repair. He rapidly found the leak and brought a couple of other guys over to help him with the repair. They were done around lunch time, they only evidence they had been there was a little plaster dust on the counter.

We hired Robert B's to install a new sink and an additional faucet in the laundry room. During installation, the new sink was off by a half inch, inturn they recommended another local firm to do the granite cut out which required a few days to get scheduled. Upon completion of that work, they returned and found they were missing a hardware piece and went to a local hardware store where it was determined that was not available locally. Then the tech called Moen support and it was shipped to our house free of charge. Robert B then came back out promptly and completed the install. They were absolutely outstanding in professionalism, quality of install and most importantly did not gouge us for having to make several trips due to the unforeseen complications that came up.

I have to say I was impressed with these guys. They took care of a unfinished issue from another plumbing company that was trying to take advantage of a situation. Robert B's were great from the first phone call the the end of the job. These guys are the real deal and are my go to plumbers from this point on. Feel confident in calling these guys. They are honest, punctual, priced fairly and take good care of their customers.

They sent two plumbers to the house to replace the kitchen faucet. Took approximately 35 to 40 minutes and they were done. I provided the faucet. Charged me 150 dollars, so I assume that is their hourly rate. Price is kinda high but I figure I was paying for two plumbers. I have never heard back on the estimate I asked for, I guess they weren't interested, wish they had called and told me so.

I called Robert B's on Friday and left a message, and included that it was not an emergency situation. They came out the following Tuesday morning. Our backyard faucet had developed a slow leak, and Robert B's educated me to the fact that we had a "frost proof" faucet - not a minor fix! Rather than go through the outside brick, the guys approximately measured the location of the faucet and from inside the house, cut a 6" x 4" square of sheetrock to allow access. They located it perfectly, and as they carry the "frost free" faucets on the truck, they were able to replace it. As luck would have it, they had to work around part of a 2" x 4", but did so easily. They cut the piece of sheetrock so smoothly that I had no problem fitting it back in, and using only a small amount of "mud" to seal the edges. I highly recommend Robert B's!

Two plumbers came out and it took them about 15-20 minutes. They were quick and efficient. They did a good service. They showed up on time and the overall communication was good too. I also used them in the past.

Fine. It turned out I didn't need a new hot water tank so no service was ever performed.

test proved that there was no leak, however shower did not have grout around the shower seat and door, therefore that was the cause of the leak.

Hire this company in a New York minute. They are honest, punctual and efficient. The extra mile performed in coming back to make sure fixed impressed me.

It was perfect. They were very helpful and told us what the problem was and how to fix it. We will definitely use them again when we decide to go through with the job. There were no problems with scheduling. The plumber got the job done in about half an hour.

They delivered the unit the day I contacted them and installed it the next morning. It took two men a couple of hours, because the specifications for the new unit were so different from the 20 year old unit. So, cutting and changing the pipes coming out of the wall was involved in the installation. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old unit. It was obvious they knew their business. I will use Robert Bs again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing professionals.
