I ended up having the work done by another company. There is a big question mark when they say they are going to show up, so I would never use them again.

He talked most of the time telling me how he was a master plumber. Didn't fix the sink, said he would need to come back with scope etc. Also didn't know anything about gas lamps or where to buy mantles. THis is in spite of me going over everything on the phone before appt was made. FOund another plumber who drained the sink in about 10 minutes, told me where to buy mantles and he would come back to take care.

I think Robert B's Plumbing Services did a good job. They were prompt, they were here, and the guys looked at 2 showers that probably need to shower pans put in. They seemed knowledgeable, they were on time, and they called back when they said they would. I think I got what I paid for.

Overall it was a great experience and I'm happy that Angie list provide this type of service because honestly it works and you will meet people who care about what they do for a living. Thanks Angie I'm a strong believer and I tell all my friends about this service.

We're new to the area and getting trustworthy and reasonably priced trademan can be difficult. Angie's list came through!

Robert B's plumbing installed two tankless water heaters in our home that we are remodeling. We converted from the traditional tank heaters. Everything went great, installation was a success. This is actually the second set of tankless heaters installed by this same company between two different homes. Robert B's plumbing is our goto plumber, we've have been using him since 2009. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a reputable, professional & always on time plumber.

Wow - I wish I could clone this guy for all my home repair needs. Thought I had a slab leak - smelled mildew in a bedroom we use for storage. Located the area that was the problem and found it was on the side of the room where the wash room was on the other side of the wall. Carpeting was damp and drywall was soft in that spot. Had to tear out the carpeting and remove the whole section of drywall on both sides of the wall to prevent potential mold. Found out it was the washer drain inside the wall. Saw Robert B's was on Angies list and was close to me, so I called him to check before using the coupon. Since he did drain cleaning and plumbing it would all be covered. I called him at 9:45am and he was here at noon. Tried to clear the drain but was hitting something in the trap that he couldn't get through. His parter had the camera but he said he would go get it from him and be back to fix it in a few hours. Turned out ithat there were two rubber drain inserts that had gotten into the trap back to back (probably from replacing a washer and a past tile job in the wash room where the tile guys may have pushed in down in there. Robert cut out the plastic drain area and cleared the blockage and then put it back with removable connectors to make any future fixes easier to get to. Total before coupon was $275 but he said don't worry about it and just did the whole job, parts and all and 2 trips for the coupon total of $119. WHAT A DEAL and WHAT A NICE GUY. GREAT REPAIRMAN, too. Job was done professionally and with quality. Can't beat it. I am telling all my friends about this place...AAAAAAAA++++++++

They showed up almost a half hour since I called. They're very professional. They didn't leave a mess after the work. They're are very reasonable.

They were on time; they arrived 1:11 and their price was competitive. They installed it, they were quick, fast, did a good job and I had no problems. They were courteous, kind, cleaned up after themselves and I would recommend them.

They did a good job. They were easy to work with and charged reasonably. I will use them again in the future. They are as cheap as anyone can be.

We have a 38 year old house and we have had more than our share of plumbing issues over the last 3 -4 months. We have had 2 slab leaks, a total re-pipe of the house, several sewer line clogs and sewer line leak. We have had Robert B's plumbing out for all of them. Due to the slab leak problems we had to have the who house re-piped. While this can be very messy, they were able to keep the mess to a minimum and when they had to cut the sheet rock, they did their best to do it in areas that either out of sight or were easy to fix. We also had them fix a sewer line leak which entailed digging up part of kitchen floor. They were able to keep the mess to an absolute minimum, when I returned home, except for where the cement was drying I could not even tell that they had been there. Robert and his crew all very knowledgeable and very nice. We have seen them so much we know all their names. They are fast and honest. They explain everything before they start. I wish all the companies we dealt with were this good!!

Had a slow-moving toilet in the master bedroom that refused to heal itself despite numerous prayers to the plumbing gods over a few weeks. Received an initial quote from another plumber that the pipe would have to be replaced / foundation jack-hammered to get to the problem, but was a bit concerned about the initial estimate by them to complete the job. Was referred to Robert B's Plumbing for a second opinion by a contractor acquaintance. Robert showed up, ran a camera through the pipes & found where roots had entered the pipes. He explained what needed to be done and how to prevent future problems. I scheduled an appointment for him to come out a few days later. Robert and his crew did the work as discussed; removed the root blockage, replaced the pipe & re-concreted around the toilet. Gave it a couple of days for the concrete to set, came back out and finished the job. Ran a 'stress test' of sorts on the pipes to make sure there were no other leaks. Everything turned out well. A job well done for $500 less than my original plumber's initial quote. Robert B provided an accurate timetable and quote for all work that needed to be done. Everything occurred as planned with no surprises. The total for the job didn't vary from his initial estimate, for which I was thankful!
