We had water leaking from under the sink, under the wall and into the adjoining bedroom. I called Robert early afternoon on July 3. He came by later that afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me a fair estimate. He had a crew working on July 4 (yes, a holiday). Less than 24 hours later, the problem is fixed and the final cost was $45 under the initial estimate. His crew was professional, thorough, and very efficient.

I sent an email to this provider the night before-the owner called promptly and his people were over in less an an hour--took less than 30 minutes--I was in dire straits--having tried everything myself to unclog it--staff were professional and friendly--would use again in a heartbeat!!

there was no gas pressure due to a leak in the line. They were very responsive and caring about the fact that I had a leak and was unable to access gas for the house appliances. The gas company had to lock the meter for safety. They sent out a team of workers who had to do extensive digging in typical Texas heat. They replaced the outside line but there was still a leak so they replaced the house line which involved running a new line through the attic which was brutally hot work. It was a two day - all day job. They were very professional and industrious. I thought that the price was fair and they gave me opportunity to make several payments . They understood that I was a senior widow living alone and with limited income. They could have made me wait without the use of gas until I could cover the payment. They were very kind and considerate. I would recommend them to any one with plumbing problems.

I had other quotes and they were half the price. We will be using him again.

Robert B's Plumbing Services was very clean. He cleaned up after everything he did. His work was very good. I didn't have any complaints. He did everything he said he was going to do. He was neat and clean. With the coupon, his pricing was great. But if his quote was correct, what it costed us if we didn't have a coupon, I would never hire him.

Two guys came out and one worked on the kitchen sink and one worked on the back commode. They were prompt in what they did and they got it done very fast. I had to pay additional for additional part of the commode that is leaking and I spent another $35. The service they provided went fine. I didn't have any problem on what they did except I had asked on guy about a problem I had that I had another little leak in the faucet in the lavatory in the bathroom and my house was built like 1955 and he said we can get parts on things like that. So I just said to myself to get a new sink. When I had another plumber came out one time to do drain cleaning and I had him looked at and he fixed it without doing anything. That’s the only problem I have with him. It kind of like it wasn't on the list so he didn't do it.

Bought the Big Deal of the day. Got a call within a couple of hours to set up the appointment. Everything went smoothly. Scheduled service for a few days later. If I had an emergency drain cleaning, I think we could have worked out an earlier time, but because this was preventative root clearing, there was no rush. If I did have a blockage, I'm not sure that they could have been there that day but I don't know, they were so friendly, they may have worked it in. I was not there but my tenant had no complaints. GREAT PRICE.

He performed a good service for me and I liked his work. He did an excellent job and the price was reasonable compared to others because I got a discount from being a first time Angie's List member. I also thought the quality of the work was good.

Very prompt. I was able to use the deal for $85. Otherwise it would have cost $150. Both guys that came out on the call were very nice.

Plumber arrived early and was waiting for me when I arrived home from work. Service was professional, efficient, and billed at less than half of a much larger local plumbing company (rhymes with Bernie's). I will be using Robert B for all of my future plumbing needs!

I cannot speak highly enough about the level of professionalism, quality of work and courtesy displayed by Robert and his employees. My problems began with discovering a fair amount of standing water in my garage. I assumed it was an issue with the hot water heater, shut it down and planned to replace it the next day. Once we had it installed, we turned it on and discovered that we still had a leak. I then called Robert that afternoon and he had some of his guys out at exactly the time I expected them. They replaced some of the piping on the hot water heater and were done within 30 minutes. They also informed me at this time that I had inadvertently destroyed the heating elements on the new heater by turning it on before letting the tank fill. Lesson learned...Unfortunately, the leak persisted. I had returned the hot water heater since I assumed that the issue lied there and I had bought it from a big chain with a lackluster reputation concerning hot water heaters (as Robert's employees were good enough to relate to me). I called Robert early the next morning and he had his guys out again at exactly the prearranged time (they were waiting on me to get back actually). I took advantage of his Angie's List deal at this time for a new hot water heater and he agreed to waive the invoice for the work they did the day before. That was a pretty awesome gesture in my opinion. At this point, we both had our suspicions that the problem wasn't the hot water heater but instead a leak and this was confirmed once the tank was installed, filled and turned on. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, Robert said that they wouldn't be able to come back until Tuesday morning, but he gave me specific instructions on how to turn the hot water on and off so as to minimize leakage but still be able to have hot water. I wasn't there on Tuesday morning to see the work, but I was told that they were right on time, sent out plenty of help to get the job done and were done rather quickly given the scope of the job. Instead of digging into the slab to repair the leak, Robert and his guys built a bypass through the attic which I was fine with. Robert agreed to charge me basically for the slab leak alone, instead of for both jobs saving me well over $600. This was great news since I have an expensive foundation repair coming up. I fully and confidently recommend Robert B's Plumbing for your plumbing issues. If you live anywhere near Mansfield call them first, you won't regret it.

We had 2 plumbers out, 2 people following each other around. Every time I asked about something they would tell me that it would cost a lot and that they didn't recommend it. They tightened 2 faucets and replaced a toilet plug which I paid for. I didn't find anything good. Everything, I thought, was bad, because they weren't there the whole amount of time. They had one guy training the other instead of 2 plumbers working on anything. They didn't fix anything except tighten 2 faucets. They charged me $20.00 for a part that costs about $7.00 in the stores. I would never call them.

Overall, excellent as always. Complete job took about 3.5 hours. Highly recommend this plumber. Ask for Cody!

The deal was for a water heater and installation for $ 675. The flood stop was $150 more. Truthfully, I would have preferred a 9 or 12 year warranty heater instead of 6 year but being able to find a trustworthy company was more important. to me. The price was certainly reasonable, the workers were on time, answered all my questions, were personable and the work was completed quickly. I did a lot of research online after my water heater leaked needless to say. I contacted about 5 plumbers to get estimates. One guy gave me a great deal but didn't want to do the work that would bring it up to code! Three were fair estimates but more costly overall and they weren't on Angie's list. One wanted to charge me $450 extra just to run a PVC drain line through my brick, which Robert said wouldn't have been to code as it was to an open walkway. So overall I was pleased and will use them again.

They came ran the rotor down the pipe broke up the obstruction and that was it. They were in and out in about 30 minutes.

He was very pleasant and the service went really well, I will use him again.

I had problems with my toilet backing up. I needed immediate same day service, so I called Robert B's Plumbing Service. I found them on Angie's List and I was happy that Robert himself called me back. Right over the phone based on my description, he knew what the problem was. He was able to schedule to see me the same day. Before he left, he made sure the problem was fixed! I am happy and pleased with this service. My family of 5 no longer have to share 1 bathroom. Praise the Lord! I highly recommend Robert B's plumbing and if I need anything in the future, the are who I plan to call!

Did job but estimate seemed excessive.

Part of the process to repair was to remove the toilet. Once done, the guy showed me that the tile I recently had installed was not done under the toilet. I wanted to know what it would be to have them come back to install after I had tile corrected. He called the owner and he said he would charge another $100.... I felt it was excessive to charge another $100 to install a toilet, so the toilet is still sitting in the bathtub where they originally put it.

Very competitive quote and did have an Angie's List special going. They were prompt and efficient. Did have a small problem with the circulating pump but were very responsive and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. They are the only plumbing service I'll call again when the need arises.

The best possible transaction I could have possibly asked for. I got multiple quotes from 'A' graded Angie's List plumbers and all of them wanted to charge me between $6,500 and $7,800 to install a new tankless water-heater. Robert B's had this $2,500 offer and I just knew that it would not include my attic install. The other plumbers complained that they would have to build a wall and change the pipes and expand the exhaust in the roof to accommodate a new tankless, and they all claimed that the costs were going to end up at the same price I would purchase a small car. I had given up hope, until I saw this offer from Robbert B's Plumbing. I called to set up an appointment to get a quote and they were able to come by within a couple hours (it was not an emergency, my previous water heater was functioning perfectly). They said they could honor the $2,500 coupon and so I called to set up a time to install. They scheduled me for a Friday (I called on Wednesday) at 8:30am. They arrived on time and completed the job within 5 hours (faster than they anticipated). The job was done correctly and the new tankless water heater is functioning perfectly. I can't recommend this company enough! They saved me almost $4 grand, theoretically. I would never have spend that much money on a water-heater and had given up hope on purchasing the tankless model, but Robert B's came through.

I was not home when they performed the service, my son was. He said they were very good and quick. They did tell him that it needed to be replaced in a few months and just wished they left me a note telling me that and a quote. I called and left messages twice before I got to talk to him. Very nice and professional.

Everything went great from start to finish. The job took about 3 weeks to complete which involved coordinating with other contractors. Robert was always on time, finished early & very accomodating. Great communication & great value for all the work I had performed. Robert B's has been my go to plumber since 2008. Highly recommend this business if you're in need of any plumbing services!

Outside sewer line was clogged,( tree roots), they were very prompt, very professional, and took care of my problem, within 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier, such a pleasure working with a company that honors what they say. I called in with my problem, told him what I thought it was, based on the fact that my toilets were all flushing but were sluggish and the outside piece that leads to the main sewer line had erupted, told him I saw where there was a coupon that said $85.00 for clearing a clog, he advised me to wait until his service man was here just to be sure of the problem and then go online and purchase the special, sure enough the service man who came here confirmed that it would be better for me to make the online purchase because the normal charge for that was $125. and that is what I would pay if I paid him directly. I came in and made the purchase, he wrote down the numbers off of my screen and that was it. So very happy with the service and their credibility, YEA!, now I know who to call with any future plumbing problems, do yourself a favor and use them for your next job, I think you will be glad you did, I know I am and I will call them in the future too.
