Description of Work: I requested an outdoor tankless water heater be installed in my garage and vented to the outside either thru the garage wall or the roof, The Noritz representative advised what that would be fine and advised what additional parts we would be needed. I purchased those accessories. When the plumbers arrived, they refused to install it in the garage, and instead put it outside the garage wall. It freezes several times each winter and we have no hot water until it thaws! I requested an inspection by another plumber. When he arrive and saw the location, he said, "What's it doing outside?" I ask how much he would charge to move it to the inside of the garage. $1500. It's still outside!

Description of Work: got me with another company that could get to me sooner but since I wanted lower price he offered a coupon price on call back and still got to me the next morning!

Description of Work: Same day service. Robert responded by phone within 30 min and scheduled appt for next morning at 8 am. He called about 2 hrs later to say there had been an opening in the schedule and he could send someone this afternoon. Crew arrived exactly on time, very professional, fixed the problem, and were there about 45 min. Charged me the coupon price, did not try to get me to buy other services, it was a good professional service. I will gladly use them in the future.

Description of Work: My toilet was stopped up in my master bathroom and using the plunger caused the water to back up into my shower. I called Robert B's Plumbing and he said that they would need to get on my roof and run a snake down my vent stack. The cost was $140.00, but since I had a 25% discount from Angie's List it would only be $105.00. They came out that afternoon and got the line un-stopped and the toilet and shower were working fine. Four days later I had the exact same problem. I called Robert B's and Robert sent the same two plumbers back to my house within 2 hours. They re-snaked the vent stack and everything is working fine again. Murphy said he thought it was a toilet paper clog just as before and since we recently installed a new low flow toilet that might be causing the problem. He could tell me more if he ran a camera down my drain but since that was an extra charge I decided to wait and see if we continue to have problems. They did not charge me for coming out a second time. I discussed with Murphy the possible causes and solutions to my problems and he was very informative. I am very satisfied there service.
