I will highly recommend Restore-aid for any home restoration projects. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. I had significant floor and structural damage due to a water leak. I selected Restore-aid as they were very descriptive and knowledgeable in explaining the work needed and how they can help. Right from get-go till finish (about 3+ months), Restore-aid did a phenomenal job in: - Delivering high quality work - Providing genuine and informed advice (even if it impacted them adversely). There was clear intention to do the best for the customer and see through the client eyes and I highly appreciated that. - Working with me on major and minor decision around repairs - Being available and engaged through out and patient and friendly when answering my concerns - Working with my insurance and providing timely response. Overall, they made the whole process way less painful than it could have been, especially given the shortages with labor and material at the time. I have already recommended them to a few friends of mine and will continue to do so in future as well.

Sean and Restore-Aid are outstanding, we were thrilled to work with him. We had a some major water damage that required rebuilding our kitchen island from scratch and replacing most of the kitchen flooring. Sean made it a very stress-free ordeal, going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and informed of everything happening. On top of that, Sean’s just a good guy, we trusted him and his crew constantly being in and out of our house during the restoration process.

Sean and his crew were professional, on time and completed the job on time. Sean also inspected the completed work to make sure it was up to standards. This is the first time I have had ANYONE come by after a crew completed work to make sure it was done properly..

Sean and his contractors were punctual *each and every day) professional and courteous. When Sean gave us an arrival time they were there and did excellent work. He and his crews sealed off the work area, cover all remaining times with plastic to protect the items, treated the mold, repaired the damage, replaced the trim and painted. They also left the area clean each night before leaving. I will confidently recommend Restore Aid Restoration to anyone needing their services.

The work went well, the problem was the lien he filed on the house. I signed a contract that authorized Restore-Aid to take necessary action to remove the water from the house, without a specific estimate. I signed the contract because Sean Robitaille told me that he works out the bill with the insurance company, and he doesn't try to collect more than the amount the insurance company pays, plus the deductible. I was desperate to get the house dried out before it grew mold, so I signed the open-ended contract. He got right to work and got the house promptly dried out. The problem was, he charged $17,000 approx, and State Farm's estimate was $12,000. Sean assured me repeatedly that he would never try to collect more than the estimate, and I spent a significant amount of time working with him to increase the State Farm payment. I have not given up the campaign against State Farm, but yesterday, he informed me he would be filing a lien on the property, with one day's notice! I hope I never need another water remediation contractor again, but if I do, it will not be Restore-Aid!

I can't recommend this team highly enough! Sean came out immediately to assess the damage and set up equipment as soon as we agreed to his plan. He was very thorough, unbelievably professional, and extremely efficient. In fact, when he took the equipment out at the end, he cleaned up better than I do! We'll definitely use Restore-Aid again.
