REMODELING WITH CARE

He gave me a bid for the job of 25-28 thousand. I was thrilled he could do the work under 28000.00 including appliances, moving plumbing and electric. It also included 5 windows, light fixtures, and paint. I was paying him along the way, he asked for a payment when there was work still do be done, that would put me over the original bid. He got angry and shut down the work on my remodel. This put me in a bind due to other repairs I needed. He did come to finish the work. He had his plumber and electrician do repairs outside of this job which cost 10,000. I had to have other repairmen come and fix their problems they created. The price was extremely miss quoted. I paid a little more than 25,000.00 for the job while I paid for all appliances, flooring, light fixtures, ceiling fan, paint. Basically work that was promised was not done nor did I receive a refund. It is was about a 35,000.00 job.

THE WORK EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY DETAILED AND CLEAN.
