Description of Work: Jerry Allen was remodeling my bathroom back in 2009.

Description of Work: To start off with,,don't fall for the " I'm a Christian " bit...from the very beginning it was a hip pocket operation ,,when he spent most of a day sheet rocking a wall,,only to have to tear it out so he could get the bathtub in,,,I started wondering,,,then he tried to use PVC pluming under the wall mounted sink in the main bathroom,,,all the fixtures except for the bathtub,were as low-ball as he could possibly find,,,when he was bidding on the job,,he brought a plumber along ,,while the plumber was under the house,he found a leaking drain,,,the kitchen drain,,,this had nothing to do with the bathroom remodel....5 months passed before the bathroom remodel started,,while the plumber was there one day working on the bathroom remodel,,,the plumber and I talked ,and worked out a price to fix the kitchen sink leak....well low and behold Mr.Allen thought he needed to bill me for that,,,when it finally came down to the finish out,,he hired a pick up off the street day laborer to trim paint my bathroom,,,it looked like a 8 year old did it,,when these details were presented to Allen,,,he became very put-out As this remodel was wrapping up,,one of our cats needed to go to the vet,,,on the 11th of march,,we had an appointment at 3,,around that time my wife went into the garage to get the little cage to carry the cat in,,the garage is packed,,she had to maneuver around a portable generator,,and air compressor among other stuff to get the cage,,,we went to the appointment... well we knew Mr Allen was going to be coming by and sealing the tile in the bathroom,,,from the beginning we had allowed Allen to have a key to the house,,and a garage door opener for convenience sake,,,he was keeping some equipment and materials in it... well when we got back from the vet,,,5:00 / 5:30,,,went to put back the cat cage,,there wasn't a generator or air compressor to get around anymore,,,,the police were called,,and both Allen and the plumber Crites were questioned,,they both had been there that day at separate times,,anyhow the final decision by the police was that it had been stolen while Allen was sealing the tile inside the house,,while he had left the garage door open out side ,,a drive by,,,a chance opportunity of crime... It took 2 weeks but Allen was so insulted cause the police had questioned him,,his Christian ways went right out the window,,,he got paid in full and left ,,,with punch-out unfinished,,,leaking plumbing,,,cussed me out on the phone,,and was still trying to tell me I owed him 250 dollars,,,,His 30 years of experience is ,,,to put it simply,,,,what ever is at "Home Depot"....
