Looks great and the guys did an excellent job and I am very impressed with their concerns about doing a good job. Very caring group.

It went smoothly and I was pleased with the outcome.

Everything was fine with them. They gave courteous service and were prompt. The only complaint I have is that I had bought a sealer to put over the tile, and the technician recommended not doing that. It kind of seemed like he just didn't want to do it. I ended up having someone else put the sealant on there for me.

The service went well. It made a HUGE difference in the appearance of the tile and grout. The only concern I had was when I asked the technician if I needed to SEAL the tile/grout and he said it was not necessary I wasn't sure if he didn't want to take the time to do it or if this were really true. I had been told differently by others.

I was expecting about $250.00 each for the cleaning. It actually costs $312.70 without the 8.25% Texas Sales Tax added. Other than that, I give an overall "A" based on their professionalism and overall Customer Satisfaction.

Everything was good. He did an excellent job, we were very pleased.

They must have too much business. They do not need to respond to request through Angie's list or phone calls - bad business practice though.

We had also met with Randy to discuss changing out carpet for wood, tile or other flooring styles and he went to considerable time and energy to provide us with many different scenarios...but ultimately it was HE who suggested that since we had a very good carpet and pad with many, many years of service to come why not just keep what we had and set up a cleaning schedule. Now, how many service providers would recommend a customer keeping what they had rather than make a rather substantial profit by selling a new floor? Randy did.

They are an absolutely wonderful company and the quality of their work is outstanding.

They gave us a good estimate and were right on time the day of service. The cleaning was excellent. The service people were professional and took extra time with the carpet stretching.

I liked them. The person who came to clean my carpet knew what he was doing. He didn’t charge me for the stairs because there were several areas he didn’t have to clean. He said he would just figure the stairs into that. The person who called to do the estimate didn’t figure the stairs into the estimate. I like the way the carpet looks. I’ve had the carpet cleaned before; it cost me more and it didn’t look nearly as good. I was pleasantly pleased that it looks so good. He told me he would be here at a certain time but then he said he wanted to come two hours earlier; I couldn’t do that. It wasn’t exactly the time I wanted it done.

The service man was very punctual, cordial, knowledgable, and was motivated to provide the best results. All stains were removed due to his dilligence to complete the job regardless of the time. As a plus and unsolicited, he provided extra value at no added cost by cleaning the 10 X 12 rug in the sofa area. The price charged matched the estimate.

I called Randy for an estimate on the job and he came out quickly. My husband was home when he gave the estimate and he gave him the go-ahead. Randy was able to get to the job within a week. He called me with details on exactly what would be done and when each phase would be complete. The workers were on time, professional, and actually finished ahead of schedule. They removed all the odor from the concrete and sealed it so that there would be no more problems with pet odors. I love the color and the shine that is on it. Randy called me after it was finished to make sure I was satisfied and to give me care instructions. My husband was there when it was completed but Randy wanted to be sure we were both happy. His price was exactly what we expected to spend. We were also having our fence replaced at the same time and his guys even helped them resolve an issue with a grumpy neighbor. I would definitely recommend Raley's for any kind of floor work - in face, I have another job I'll be calling them for in the future.

They did a good job. They showed up on time. They were very professional. They finished the work on time; in two hours. Everything was fine. They completed the work. Their price was little high but they did good work. I would use them in the future.

Francisco & Antonio showed up up a few minutes early - key for me since punctuality is a pet peeve of mine. They did a beautiful job on my carpet and my vinyl flooring looks like new.

I REQUESTED THE CONTRACTOR CLEAN THE FLOORS THE NEXT MORNING & THEY WERE ABLE TO COMPLY WITH MY REQUEST. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME & DID A GREAT JOB.
