DISASTROUS! project timeline was 4 to 8 weeks, 6 months later my asthmatic daughter make it 3 minutes in the house without having an asthma attack due to the poor decontamination. The house smells of smoke as if the fire happened yesterday. Soot is still visible on windows and on random light fixtures and items throughout the house. They were contracted to replace the counters cabinets and appliances in the kitchen. Plumbing under kitchen sink was not reinstall properly and continue to leak to this day, causing the cabinet floor to be weakened. Suspicious rags and debris were left inside the cabinets found to be covering holes punctured in cabinets where water damage was. Kitchen cabinet was miscut for kitchen sink leaving holes at corners once sink was set. Apparently, the contractor thought if he put enough caulk in the holes no one would notice, we noticed. They were contracted to paint all walls and the residence. At least another company packed out all of the belongings before paint. After painting there is not one surface whether it be wood, brass door knobs, brass door hinges, mirrors, light fixtures, light switch covers, electrical outlets, bricks, and any other surface and the residence that does not minimally have overspray that does not have direct brush strokes upon it. By that, I mean brass door hinges and knobs were not even taped off an attempt to keep paint from getting on them. No care whatsoever was taken to keep paint if other surfaces when painting. So all brass door hinges and the residents are now painted white. The runs and the crown molding after the fourth attempt to repaint appropriately are still visible from standing in the center of any room. Not only did it take 3-5 times as long as were originally told but now another contractor has to come in and completely restart the entire process and do it correctly. I would never recommend their services for anything to anyone!

We had a water pipe bust which flooded our house. They were there quickly and did a thorough job of extracting all the water which included taking out carpeting, some drywall, etc. The services were paid by our insurance company.

They were very efficient and prompt. They took all of the flooring they tore up away and left no mess behind.

An air conditioner was installed improperly and overflowed into our den and carpet. The carpet stained under some antique furniture. They told us that they probably couldn't do it. They replaced the carpet for us.

It's absolutely beautiful, we are tickled pink about it. They were really polite and stayed on task to get the job done.
