I've used QTR before and would use them again. Paul arrived on time, was transparent about the process, listened to my concerns, and physically inspected the problem spots from the attic and by climbing on the roof. He was prepared with the ladder and materials needed to do the job. He was able to complete the job the same day as the estimate. His work was done professionally and the process was convenient to me.

It went very well...The Technician (Paul - from Quality Tops Roofing Sales and Production) went onto the roof and inspected the shingles in the area of concern and found the cause of the leak (a nail was found to be protruding through a shingle). The nail had allowed water to deteriorate the wood planking under it and create a hole allowing water to stain the kitchen ceiling). On the subsequent date of the repair, Paul returned and placed some type of protective cover over the deteriorated wood (a small hole) and further placed three new shingles of the same type over the hole and surrounding area. Paul also applied a sealant to a nearby air vent. I was told by Paul that the hole was not severe enough to require replacement of the wood plank. I am hopeful that this repair will be permanent; however, if it is not, the company has promised a one year service warranty. The initial inspection and free estimate was prompt and timely, but the repair date was tentative (in not being scheduled) and was based upon availability of the work crew. The estimate was done on 12/08/2017 and the repair was done a week later on 12/14/2017.

Unfortunately they couldn't get to me until October 30th, when Paul from Quality Tops showed up unexpectedly/ unannounced (as Michael from the office never called to say he was coming in), to give an estimate 6 days later on October 30th, 2017. He had different colored shingles available on his truck and was not able to match to the existing roof. He could only give me an oral quote/estimate as his printer was not working. I gave him the go-ahead as I couldn't wait any longer because: 1) Weather deteriorating 2) My long standing insurance agent had expressed confidence in the quality of their work. It was done expeditiously and have had no problems since. What I DID NOT like was I was dealing with too many people at the office and that I was put into a corner accepting mismatched roof tiles instead of the correct product for the job. Also, I have no idea how many tiles were replaced and where...I suppose one can look at the mismatched tiles...how else can you warranty partial replacement? Next time folks...video clip or still photos...easy to do digital and your customer (me) would have been satisfied and impressed. Cost: pricey for a few tiles and I don't definitely know what was replaced/repaired. What I DID LIKE was that there was constant communication on Angie's messaging and phone calls. The one individual who gets 5 Gold Stars is Bruce for his follow through! He managed the operation like a roof replacement with moving parts/people, got me an invoice and made sure I got the discount that was missed. You missed the "A' plus because of what I have listed that was less than perfect/satisfactory....always room to improve. Suggest an estimate in 24 hours, then schedule and photographs ...definitely. Don't have the picture worth a thousand words....

Very professional folks. They tore off the old roof and replaced it in a day and a half. They hauled all the roof debris away and ran a magnet to make sure there were no nails left in the yard. And the roof looks great!

I called and was able to make an appointment easily. Bruce came out to my home and reviewed my roof. He said the roof was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. Was there some damage, yes, but really not enough to justify the expense to replace. The roof would still have many years left on it as is (or at least until the next big one). It was very refreshing to have a company come out and tell me I really didn't need to have anything done right now. Thank you Bruce and Quality Tops Roofing. I will call you again when the time comes.

The did a nice job. We had a few issues, but they were very quick to respond and correct.

The company was remarkably professional. Pricing was competitive and transparent. And the work was done right and on schedule. We live in another state now and had to conduct business from the other side of the country. From the first day, there was no question that Qualiy Tops had things under control.

Brice had changed our roof in our previous home a few years ago, and when we had serious hailstorms in our new neighbourhood a few months ago, we called him again. As always, he was extremely professional, very responsive. He came gave us the estimates, worked with insurance to get the estimates validated, promised the date and time when he can fix the roof, did the job very nicely, cleaned up th place. Additionally, there were a few things outside the core roofing work that was impacted the hailstorm like windows etc. I request d him to take care it, as I did not want to run around multiple contractors to fix that. Though he does not do these things on his own, he agreed to the fox. Later he found out that the fix was difficult, so he replaced the windows on his cost as he had committed to fix it. Bruce represents the company extremely well, and his professional attitude has thrilled us.

It went very well. This was our third roof replacement in 34 years and the first time someone (Bruce) made recommendations regarding installing a ridge vent system and soffits for better air flow, and screens over the new lead jacks (deter squirrels). I felt that he was genuinely interested in giving us the best product and service for our money. They showed up to do the work when they said they would and the team was very courteous and professional. A separate company did the gutters which was coordinated through QTR. When I look at the roof and gutter installation and the detailed work done, I must say the roof and gutters look the best I have ever seen them. EXCELLENT JOB. I did get quotes from two other roofers and QTR was the clear choice. Also, my lawyer was very impressed with their contract. It was very straight forward, easy to understand, and did not have multiple pages of conditions.

They were very good to deal with. It was very reasonable. My insurance company did an evaluation and they told me the price and coverage, and Quality Tops is very reasonable when compared to what the insurance company submitted. I'm no expert on roofing, but the roof looks nice.

They came out quickly, made a few suggestions and hired them to repair the leak. Very professional, scheduled the job and its rained a few times since then and the roof no longer leaks

Never thought a roofing experience could be perfect, but this definitely was. The office staff scheduled an estimator to come out within a week of my call. Received in the mail a great packet of homeowner recommendation letters a few days before the estimator arrived, and, when he was on site, he did a very thorough walk around the roof and shared a logical and detailed explanation of the roof's status and the repair that was needed. Work was schedule at the next available slot in two weeks, but, as the estimator had shared might happen, a crew had an opening a week earlier and called me to check if it would be okay for them to start on an earlier date. The crew was very thorough (caulking around exhaust pipes, removing damaged shingles, laying impermeable, re-shingling) and left no evidence on the ground of their having been at the house. Received a call within a week, and after a very hard rain, to check how I was satisfied. I've heard of people not having good roofing experiences, so I am so very thankful of Quality Tops - a well-run, established, professional, and reasonably priced roofing company. When I need future repairs and an entirely new roof, I won't contact another company - it will Quality Tops again.

This is the 4th time I have worked with this company, and once again I was completely satisfied with their work. I was able to get on their schedule within a reasonable amount of time (about a week), which is sometimes hard to do for small jobs. The estimator was very knowledgeable and gave a good estimate for the work. The crew showed up on time and finished in a few hours.

We used Quality Tops Roofing in 2007, due to hail damage. We were so please we hired them again due to hail damage in 2017.

Bruce came out and did his own evaluation of my roof and provided an estimate before ever looking at the insurance adjuster's quote, which I was impressed with as other vendors simply look at the claim report. It was clear Bruce was very experienced and acted as a consultant vs. a salesman, never trying to up-sale me. Workers arrived right on time and finished the job in one day, doing a good job of cleaning up the area afterward. Note that another company actually performed the gutter replacement but everything was coordinated through Quality Tops, which made the process easy.

My rental property needed roof replacement after storm damage. Bruce provided me an estimate and explained the work. Later, Tim contacted me to schedule the job. Everything went smoothly. It didn't bother me at all that I could not personally inspect the work performed since I live out of state. No complaints. I highly recommend the company for roof work.

They inspected the roof and replaced the shingles that had blown off and made sure everything else was good. They fixed only what needed fixing and did not even suggest I needed a new roof.
