Great and very quickly !!

Poor, will not call again.
Description of Work: They did nothing, would not even return my call. For a company that is so well rated i am surprised that they never returned my call I will take my business elsewhere to repair my roof.

Description of Work: They repaired my roof 7-8 years ago and did a great job; friendly and easy to work with. However, with the hail storms of this year, starting with Fall of 2015, I have called and left messages for assistance 4 times, every 3 months. I am in need of a roof replacement and they continue to say someone will call me. I believe they aren't interested in serving me anymore and I don't know why. If, as an existing customer (in their database) they did not assist during an emergency, why would I hire them again? I am very disappointed, particularly since I gave them one referral over the last 7 years.

Description of Work: I contacted Quality Tops Roofing on 1/6/16 asking for an appointment to look at a leaking skylight. They responded back same day saying that they would call me with an appointment availability to look at it. Fast forward 20 days later no call or email. My skylight is already fixed, and I do not need the service now. But this was extremely unprofessional of them to blow me off. Will not use them or suggest in the future.

Wow! I've been on Angie's List for 11 years and been reviewed 445 times and I get my second F for not returning a call from someone wanting an estimate. That seems harsh! ( The first one was because I had to reschedule an appointment a couple of times). Nevertheless, I wish you good luck with your roof repair.

Description of Work: Bruce Sabine @ QTR provided the estimates and labor resources in a professional manner for my roof replacement, bedroom ceiling repair and chimney cap repair. Tim Cox and the QTR roofing crew were excellent. The subs provided by Bruce to repair the ceiling and chimney cap were also top notch.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged shingles and edges where we had removed an attached porch. Satisfied with work. Could have been better at communicating that our job got pushed back. And could have cleaned up better, debris and roofing nails were left all over the concrete patio.
