Great. Had to rebid in January from original in November, and that is when we discovered the gutter situation; it was raining that day. I'm glad this work went as it did. NO surprises on the cost.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. This was our first time using Angie's List and we were very pleased how it turned out. Quality Tops Roofing has a professional and easy to work with sales team. The roofing crew was prompt, completed the job ahead of the scheduled time, was thorough and just did a great job overall. Kudos to Tim Hooper of the sales side and Albert on the installation of the roof. Refreshing to get such old fashioned great service!

Overall: professional and quality work performed by all involved. Very happy. Would not hesitate to hire again. Whole story: picked 3 highly rated companies from Angie's List. First company said it would take 6 weeks to schedule an appointment to see the roof. They never called me back. Second company came out and never even looked at the roof. They just wanted to see the insurance company estimate and worked their numbers off of them. Felt very dirty when that salesman left. Quality Tops came and and did a complete roof inspection and gave me a complete estimate without even mentioning the insurance paperwork. I agreed to the contract and was put on the schedule to get the roof done (seems like around six weeks). There were a couple of kinks due to issues with shingle availability during that time frame, but the owner of the company contacted me directly to discuss them and work out a fair resolution. The roof crew completed the job in one day due to the extra workers they brought out (which was great). Very happy with the crew that came out and the crew leader who answered all of my questions and concerns. Since the roof job had an issue with a leak around a vent and the company quickly sent out another very friendly and helpful worker to remedy the issue. I highly recommend this company and will contact them again should I need any roof work done. Thanks to Bruce Sabine and his company for dealing with me in a fair, honest, and professional manner. They were always patient to answer all of my questions, and I am very happy with the completed work.

They came to my home and gave me a written estimate. They were good and they did the work in a day. They were professional and good about cleaning up.

They did a great job. They are very nice people. I was very pleased with the crew, because there were no communication difficulties. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

From the first call I made, everyone I talked to, the woman who answered the phone, both men who came out for the estimate and the project overseer, everyone was very courteous and professional and personable. They were punctual, and they responded quickly to any calls I made. When I made the first appointment for an estimate, they sent a packet of information about their company and a list of past customers I could contact for references. This shows a confidence in excellent work, I think, which is great. The materials were delivered, but not before they asked to be sure where they could put them in my driveway so they would not be in my way. As it turned out, there was a lot of rain for a couple of weeks, so it took a couple of weeks before the work could be done but it was not a problem because I could come & go easily. I was concerned about a truck being in my yard to carry off the old roofing, because of a high water table and the ground stays damp for a while after a rain, so they arranged for a crew to do my roof who used a trailer instead of a heavier truck. This worked out perfectly so there was very little sign of anything in the yard at all. They were able to do the whole job in one day and they cleaned up all around the house. It looked better than before they came. I am very happy with the whole experience of dealing with this company and will recommend them to anyone in the future. Good job! Patricia Richey

Excellent experience! I chose Quality Tops Roofing before I discovered Angie's List. Bruce Sabine,President was very professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Bruce addressed all of my concerns on my old roof. Communication and follow up during and after the job was great. Clean up after the job was excellent, could not tell anyone had been there except that I had a NEW roof! I contacted other contractors, but Quality Tops Roofing was the only company to schedule an estimate the day of my call.

He did all of the work himself. This was not a big job, but he was able to do it all himself. He did a great job. They were informative and knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Our roof looks great and we are pleased with the outcome. The crew that did the work worked hard and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others.

I thought he did a wonderful job. I was completely amazed at the speed and thoroughness at which he was able to complete this task. The clean up was very good as well. There were no scraps of tar paper or shingles lying about and no roofing tacks left on the ground.

Quality Tops did a great job and was very responsive to any questions I had. When I first called, Bruce came out within a few days and gave me an estimate on the spot. He guaranteed he could take care with the gutters to remove and replace them without damaging them. Something the other roofers I asked for estimates from would not do and wanted to charge extra for, if they even attempted it. Bruce's workers were very professional and were done within a few days and there was no mess left in the yard. Bruce's estimate was very reasonable and less than my insurance adjuster's allowance for the roof replacement. My roof looks great.

This companies bid was slightly higher than the other, but the reason that I selected them was their professionalism. Bruce, the president, was the one who came out to give me the estimate and explain about the company and how they operated which was unusual for the president to do. A follow up call was made a couple days later to see if I had any questions. It was no pressure. After giving the company the job, the head of the roofing crew, Ceasar, was as impressive as Bruce as far as customer service. Their credentials were also very impressive as they provided me with a list of 4-6 pages of references (names&numbers). They did a tremendous job on not just the installation, but removal as they had to remove 2 layers of roofing and very little of it ever hit the ground. A very good portion of it was stripped off and placed directly into the trucks. I was very impressed at how organized they were. The job was completed in one day. There was also a follow up inspection.

Quality tops did a great job from the very first call back to the final call to check and double check that we were happy with all work performed. Everyone I spoke with was attentive and actively listened and responded. The crew generally cleaned as they went, and they were easy to talk to and ask questions of as well. The roof looks great. It took exactly the amount of time they said it would (1.5 days) and they did a great job cleaning up once the job was done. I couldn't be happier regarding the quality and value. It was a lot of money to replace our roof out of pocket. But, after having it done, I feel like it was a great investment and we took the time to pick the right company for the job. I highly recommend Quality Tops, Tim, and Bruce (the owner). These are men of integrity and flexibility. The job they did on our home is excellent and reflects great credit upon themselves and the industry as a whole!

They checked to make sure everything was good and we had no leaks. There was no charge for the inspection.

CHEAPEST PRICE, FAST, EXCELLENT AND QUALITY WORK.

WORK WAS PERFORMED APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS AFTER APPRAISAL. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ONE AFTERNOON. ONE LEAK AROUND CHIMNEY HAS NOT BEEN FOUND AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS OF SEALING IT. STILL FINDING MORE LEAKS, COMPANY WOULD NOT GUARANTEE WORK OF JUST PATCHING DIFFERENT SPOTS OF ROOF.
