This was the hardest working crew I've ever seen. Because of the extensive tear off/repair that was needed, the work took 2 full days and they worked until after dark each night. The first night they laid a plastic tarp over the roof line that had not yet been worked on to prevent any unexpected circumstances and to protect the work that had been accomplished. Bruce and Tim were very helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster through the first initial stages to final completion and that was appreciated.

they returned initial contact call most timely and arrived when they said they would. Only minor repair was required to several missing and/or damaged shingles. they had looked at the house/roof on google prior to arrival and brought shingles with them that matched almost exactly. spent about 45 minutes on our roof. Tim and Garren were cordial and professional. If any further roof problems arise, Quality Tops Roofing Inc. will definitely be contacted again. recommend them not only for very reasonable price and high quality repair, but because they did not try to sell us on something we did not need. We appreciated that more than anything. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Bruce and his team are all about communication from the first meeting, through the bidding and waiting to start the job, to fit with the owner's schedule. This job had many issues connected with roofs, such as removal of a TV antenna that had not been used for 20 years, removal of direct TV dish that had not been used in 10 years, repairs to skylight elements. Bruce, Tim and their crew are totally organized and all of them (I think we counted 8 of his crew on the roof all day) knew their job, without a lot of talking among themselves or delays or waiting for more materials.

It went great - I will use this company in the future for any roofing work.

They did the inspection and did some minor repairs, flashing, refastening shingles. He let me know that my roof was in good shape pretty. He was very honest which was refreshing.

I selected this company because of an Angie's notice of a special of $199 for two man hours of service to do roof inspection, limited repair, and caulking. However, my primary reason for contacting them was an estimate regarding a water leakage problem with our second-floor balcony. Bruce Sabine came out on a schedule most convenient to me. He examined the balcony, pointed out how work by the previous owner had not been done properly, and gave me a candid (and expensive) rough estimate of the major work to "fix it right." He agreed that I might try doing a thorough cauking job myself, see if that solved the problem, and gave me some helpful hints. Bruce then offered to inspect the roof to see if the $199 job was appropriate. He found the roof in good shape, only minor work needed and said there was no need to have them do the $199 service. He offered, without any pressure, to do the limited work himself, while he was there, for just $75. I was quite impressed with Bruce's professionalism and courtesy. I appreciated the work that he did, his candor and helpfulness regarding the more extensive work that might be needed. I will try the caulking myself. If that does not solve the problem, I will definitely consider them for the more extensive work.

Bruce Sabine and the team at Quality Tops performed a fantastic job on our roof replacement. At every part of the process they were polite, courtious, and highly responsive. Our 3,200sf house was completed in just under 2 days and it looks great.

Service was offered as a Big Deal of the day on Angie's list. Company sent material of services provided ahead of scheduled appointment which was made a little more than 2 weeks after purchase. Inspector arrived within the time limit set and ended up being on the job a little more than the allotted 2 hours. Took his time and described his findings to my wife. He did not try to sell something we did not need. Tim restored my faith in the roofing industry here in Texas after hearing some of the horror stories I have heard and read about since moving to the area a few years ago. I have no doubt that I will use this company when needed for any major or minor repairs or replacement.

President of company made competitive proposal and then returned a few days later to be on hand when insurance claim adjustor inspected roof. Company completed work in one day. Protection during work and cleanup afterward was excellent. Quality Tops took care of faxing necessary paperwork so insurance company could release final payment to me.

Overall things went very well and I was happy with the results.

Came out promptly to give estimate. Did not show up on proposed work date. Had to call to find out why. (Other jobs had run longer than anticipated. Would have appreciated a call to that effect.) Rescheduled. Rain delayed for an additional day. Same man who gave estimate came out to do work. Very pleased with final work and professionalism. Did not try to sell us a whole new roof.

Quality Tops agreed to begin at 8 o'clock on Oct. 4th. A 7-man crew was unloading their gear and climbing the roof at 8 on the 4th. The materials were delivered at 10 and the roof was stripped and replaced and the crew had just about completely finished by 7 that evening. A supervisor, Ed, returned on the morning of the 5th and touched up anything that had been overlooked by the end of yesterday's work. A manager, Tim, then came and did a complete inspection and had a couple of finishing touches done by the supervisor. When all was done to both their, and our satisfaction, we wrote a check for the full amount. The work was excellent. Quality counts: quality costs. Quality Tops Roofing cuts no corners, and they even fabricated a few "extra" things that will certainly improve the flow of water from the roof - at no "extra" charge. Bruce Sabine, Tim, Eduardo and his excellent crew exemplify quality and customer service and have proven that "you get what you pay for". My ONLY complaint: they did not put a sign in our yard, though I asked them to, with their name on it so our neighbors can go directly to QTR rather than always ask us who put the beautiful new roof on our home. And we have not found a single nail in the yard. We love our new roof! But that's not all - we needed some carpentry work done on the outside of the house prior to the roofing job. Mr. Sabine recommended Pete Dillard, who came with his partner, Jeff, and did a perfect job - so perfect, in fact that I will be putting him on Angie's list under the handyman, carpentery headings. WE have also chosen Pete and Jeff to paint the exterior and interior of our house nest Spring. Outstanding quality referral!

I had solicited several bids for replacement of this roof. Owner came out for estimate on time, on a Saturday. He was knowledgable and explained the upgrades [compared to other bidders] he proposed. Contractor agreed to leave me two bundles of shingles for future repairs. His price compared favorably with market rates, and had benefit of being local and being on Angie's List. We haggled a bit, but agreed on price that morning. His estimate was that they could take up to two and a half days. His team started within a few days. We had to delay for one day because of our schedule, and Qualtiy Tops was able to adapt, with no problem. They started on time with quite a few workmen, and it was very hot, especially on the roof. The team left two bundles of shingles without me having to remind them. Their clean up was thorough. Their team finished before the time predicted. A rain storm came in to test the roof within a couple of hours. All looks good. I would consider using this contractor for roofing in the future, and I'll surely call them first in that case.

They did an excellent job. They did a good on price, quality, and very professional; all-around, it was a great experience.

I had some problems with this company. I told them I wanted all the wood replaced over the bedrooms and garage. They did not bring out all the wood needed which delayed the project for a day. They also had a supervisor who spoke broken English and spoke in Spanish while others laughed. I did not appreciate that at all. They did not put the antennae back up after the roof was done and I had to call them 10 days in a row to get them to come out and put it back up. I would never let this company come back on my property.

Very prompt, very courteous and professional. Prices are very reasonable. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Even offered to just repair the roof for substantionally less instead of replacing it. Most places would never be that honest with you. Cleanup was excellent. Roof looks great. They come back after a few days to inspect the job their crew did, and address any concerns you have about their work before taking payment. Highly recommended.

Overall, it went well. They were courteous and professional. The workmen were thorough and obviously experienced. The only hitch was the amount of time it took to accomplish the work. From the time I gave them the OK, until the work was accomplished it was 11 days with rain in the forecast. They are good, but you may have to wait for your turn.

We initially contacted Quality Tops Roofing because of a leak we were experiencing. Troy came out and checked the roof, performing some free caulking, and advising that we had hail damage. Troy was very helpful and professional and he offered to meet with the insurance inspector, if needed. We contacted our insurer, they did their inspection, and sure enough there was hail and wind damage. They provided coverage and we hired QTR to do the roof. QTR was able to complete the job in less than 2 days and within the amount paid by insurance. Because their supplier was out of the shingles we ordered, they even upgraded us to an Impact Resistant lifetime shingle at no extra charge which will result in a discount on our homeowners insurance. The installation crew was comprised of 8 brave souls who removed the old roof, replaced the felt and vents and installed the new roof. The crew cleaned up very well. Our neighbors commented on how fast the job had been handled and how clean the yard was after the crew was done. The company followed up with an inspection of the roof and a visit to see if we had any problems, and they have a 5 year warranty on their workmanship. Overall, they turned a potential nightmare experience into something very tolerable for a homeowner.

Called and got an appointment for someone to look at my roof and give me an estimate. They called back that morning of the appointment and said the chance of rain was too high, they couldn't come that day, but would call and reschedule for the next day or two. Never heard from them. I called back and asked if they were going to come, they made an appointment to come at 9am on Saturday morning. Never showed up or called.

They ripped off the old roof, put in the decking and put on a new roof. It was a major roof job and they did excellent work. They were very professional. I was happy with their price. They were the first people I approached to do the job.

Great experience. I asked for estimates from 3 different companies (which all came out to be nearly identical), and chose Quality Tops based on Angie's List recommendations and earlier minor repairs they'd done for us. The work was completed in less than a week from the time I first called them, and the new roof looks gorgeous. They were helpful & informative throughout.

My kid's bedroom ceiling has evidence of water leaking the size of a breakfast table. I called several companies on Angie's List and Quality Tops Roofing is the one that can come in the earliest. Paul called an hour before the appointed time on the day of the service to make sure it's on, the address is right, etc., and came to the house 9am sharp. I showed him the problem area, talked about suspected causes, and he checked and found out the roofing is not the cause. Made some suggestions as to some minor problems that may be happening in the future, like the old vent pipe may need replacement next year, told me the roof is still in good shape for some years to come. Doesn't sell me anything I don't need, doesn't charge me anything for the time and labor and the drive to come here. (Arlington to Dallas, long drive). and I got free advice from him. Such a nice guy and good company overall. The lady on the phone is also polite and clear and easy to communicate. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

I've used them several times. I'm a realtor and they have done work for me in the past. Their prices are good. They are very reasonable. Their estimates are right on. Their quality is good. They don't use any nail guns. They nail by hand. They don't use any staples. They've done good work for me.

They did an excellent job, and it is the best roofing job I have ever seen. They gave us a very fair price for the roofing job. They showed up on time, did quality work, and cleaned up very well. I give them very high ratings on all counts and would definitely use their services again if required.

We had a leak in our roof. We had four roofing companies lined up for estimates. The first guy wanted to charge us $2000 to replace a quarter of the roof. Quality Tops came out for the estimate, found the small hole, patched it and replaced one shingle right then, and only charged us $75. They were very professional and courteous and answered all our questions. They were also very honest; we were expecting to have to put a new roof on, but he told us it was in good shape and that wasn't necessary. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
