The crew was punctual, professional and the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. Those men did at tear off and replacement in 8 hours. It rained constantly the next week and not one leak. They even did a follow-up inspection and did some follow-up detail work. I recommend them for anyone needing a new roof.

Bruce Sabine of Quality Tops recommended a solution that alleviated the pooling of water on the flat section of the roof. Due to inclement weather the job lasted 7 days. The crew made sure to work in sections so that the work area could be sealed by the ens of the work day. Once the job was done the crew cleaned up the staging area and the yard of nails and trash. Quality Tops did a great job under trying weather conditions.

I honestly don't know how this whole experience could have gone any better. They came out to give an estimate just 2 days after I called. They started the job less than one week later. And they finished the whole roof in one day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the DFW Metroplex.

These guys have to be the best contractors I've had in a long time. They were prompt, inspected the roof and determined what I needed. The repair was quick, done right and when they were done clean up was so good we never knew they were there.

The team at Quality Roofing did a great job. They came out immediately once I called them after the major hail storm and thoroughly inspected my roof and found only two issues; a cracked off piece of the outer shell for my skylight and a few roofing tiles which needed to be replaced.

Professional service from start to finish. Bruce came out and gave the estimate and everything followed smoothly from there. I was especially glad to see that the crew used ropes and harnesses up on the roof. You can tell that they care about their workers, that really says a lot about the company. Called up Bruce and he came out and did an estimate and confirmed I did have hail damage. He held off on the estimate so I could get my insurance company involved and talked me through the process. He made it clear he did not want me to disclose how much the insurance company would pay me so he could give an honest estimate. I got the insurance company to do their thing and recieved my check and called Bruce back over and he came in with a written proposal along with a upgraded roof which I originally requested. We agreed on the upgraded roof and work was done right away and finished in half a day. It was pretty amazing how quickly they finished up and I didnt find one nail on the ground after it was done which was pretty remarkable. They came back out and did an inspection and although I thought the roof look perfect, they found a couple issues they felt werent up to their high standards so they sent the workers back out to fix them. I wouldnt hesitate to call these guys back out at all!!

I trust Quality Tops Roofing. Recently, another roofer insisted that I needed a new roof, but QTR took a look and said, "No, though a little maintenance would be helpful." Some people will tell you that you really need a new roof any time a few hailstones hit it. A few years ago when it had hailed, QTR took a look and said no, the roof was aging well and had essentially no damage. When they do work, they do it well, and they do NOT try to sell you work you don't need. I can recommend them without reservation.

The crew reported a little before 8 AM and had the entire roof taken off and the new roof on before 7 PM. They also had replaced the roof on my 10x10 garden shed as well during this time. The crew cleaned up and after 3 weeks had not seen one nail in the yard. Communication was flawless and I would recommend and hire again.

They made sure I understood the bid, how the work would be executed, the schedule they could implement with willingness to adjust to our personal schedule, and maintained an organized and safe workspace around our home. There were no attempts to up-sell at any point. I appreciated their sales approach: I had done the research to determine that their reputation was excellent, they inspected our roof and made sure I understood the issues and options available to me for the work, they offered a clear and simple bid to the options that I wanted, and then they executed exactly to their bid. I also had them bid our gutters and they worked with their preferred vendor and made sure that work also was in accordance with the bid and completed with quality. I originally hired Quality Tops Roofing in 2011 for a full roof replacement. The overall workmanship at that time was outstanding. I recently had them come to my home to address a roof leak over a known problem area/poor roof grade we had previously addressed before. Upon inspection, this time this issue was with squirrels and not the roof grade. Bruce Sabine and his team did a wonderful job repairing the damage the squirrels had caused, and fixed one other area where squirrels had breached the attic. Quality Tops is easy to work with, and make the projects a pleasure instead of a pain.

Not only did they replace missing flashing against the dormer, they repaired the valley beside the dormer and exactly matched the original shingles. Finished the job quickly, left no mess whatsoever, warranted it for a year. Can't believe I waited so long to get it fixed! Thanks!

Wow! What a fantastic organization. Quality Tops Roofing, Inc. performed well above expectations in replacing our entire roof in a very professional manner. Bruce Sabine sat down with us and reviewed the types of materials to be used and the techniques they practice assuring a clean, waterproof roof. His crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. It was clear that the organization has very good communication skills because the crew had already been briefed on previous issues we had encountered with the existing roof. Once the old roof was removed, they found a couple of additional issues which needed special attention. These items were corrected at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Tim (don’t recall the last name) was the job manager and was available if we had any questions during the process. He met with us at the outset and later in the day to assure we were pleased with how things were going. The team that replaced our roof has worked with Quality Tops Roofing for over 25 years and worked very efficiently. We considered it a bonus to be able to communicate with each team member in English. After finishing the job, they did a thorough job of cleaning up the worksite and used tools to capture any nails that may have been scattered during the process. They also used a blower to clear off the grit that accumulates when replacing a roof. We highly recommend Quality Tops Roofing, Inc. should you need a new roof or a replacement. Quality Tops Roofing is one of the most honest and professional companies I have ever encountered! Background: The house inspector identified a few potential problem areas (via visual and aerial camera) and we contacted QTR for a free estimate. Phone Experience: Michael was very polite and helpful on the phone to schedule a free estimate. In person Experience: Paul was extremely polite, professional and punctual. He climbed on the roof and inspected in detail of the potential problem areas. Paul was very honest and told us there were nothing wrong with the current roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable when explaining why a non-roofing expert may have thought of these areas as problem areas. As we all know, some companies would have made-up solutions or charged for the inspection trip. Paul did neither! He was honest, professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

They were able to schedule the work in a timely manner and completed the roofing in one day, including cleanup. They returned a few days later to perform the chimney work, which they also completed quickly. They also arranged for gutter replacement work I requested.

The work was done promptly and professionally. The work crew was most efficient and everything went as planned. They cleaned up after themselves and left our property the same as they found it, except we had a new roof! Unfortunately, my brother had hired a different contractor and had the repair done before the day after I made the appointment with Quality Tops Roofing Inc, so I called Michael back to cancel. Michael, with Quality Tops Roofing Inc, was very personable and professional. I appreciate that, as I felt bad about having to cancel. Quality tops roofing is a class organization at all levels. I was in need of a roof replacement & solicited quotes from 3 companies. I chose Quality Tops for a number of reasons. There are too many to list, but here are a few. They are a local company with a great reputation & lengthy history. Their willingness & promptness in answering questions about the quote. Their flexibility in scheduling & follow up to questions I had before selecting them. Once the crew showed up & after the work was complete, I knew I made the right decision. The crew was very experienced, curteous, thorough & their cleanup was impeccable. Quality tops also scheduled a follow up/walk thru to ensure everything was done correctly along with making sure I was satisfied. Great as usual! I noticed some missing shingles on my roof after the last wind storm. I called Quality tops and scheduled an appointment. The arrive a little ahead of time and I showed the tech where the shingles were missing from. He told me the minimum price and I authorized him to do the work. He looked at the rest of the roof to make sure there was no more damage. This is not the first time Quality Tops has done jobs for me. They have always done excellent work. I highly recommend them to have you roof work done.
