Wish I had time to tell you the whole story but suffice to say our whole roof was destroyed by hail. They fixed everything. They were very professional and well mannered. Excellent team of guys.

This company is so professional from beginning to end! We could not have been in better hands!! The roof looks much better than we expected and we are very, very pleased with their work. Bruce Sabine is so knowlegeable and attentive to details. He is also a very good communicator. From the start he helped educate us about our roofing needs and the various products. He gave us a written bid and a time line for completion. It all went very fast and smoothly!! They cleanned up after themselves too. I cannot speak more highly of this company. I wish all contractors were as professional. Bruce just instills confidence in the process and product because he has been doing his job so long and well. None better!!!

It was fine. Standard rate, I suppose, to get on a high pitched roof.

It went very well. They were very responsive to questions and returned calls quickly.

Bruce came, measured my roof, and game me a quote.They had a crew ready and within a couple of weeks, I had a new roof.

Over all it was wonderful. It took less than a half a day and very little stress on my part. A wonderful company. We've gotten an estimate since then for a new roof because we have hail damage.

A fine company. Did a beautiful job. I feel I have added value to my house. There was a problem with one of the sub-contractors. It took several weeks to get the sub-contractor back to the house to repair his mistake. Only potential "B" rating of experience.

Another contractor attempted to repair the leaking roof with no success. QTR repaired/replaced the roof and we have seen no leaks since.

Tim is always polite, professional and very eager to please. It's a pleasure doing business with him and knowing the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner. I feel very comfortable with him on my property in my absence and his prices are always more than reasonable. He's honest, straightforward and trustworthy, well qualified for all my roofing needs, I wouldn't call anyone else.

The team was very professionalism and the quality of work was exceptional.

After the storm, I gathered estimates for roof repair. Paul at Quality Tops Roofing gave me a detailed estimate which was comparable to the other 3 companies that provided some. Yet QTR stood with their original estimate while others "adjusted" their prices after a couple weeks. They completed the job in a day or so and also installed two additional turbines to lower the temp in the attic. As we can count on hailstorms every spring in North Texas, Quality Tops Roofing will be my go-to roofing company from here on.

It went well. They are very nice. They said they would come and do the work either Tuesday or Thursday, but Tuesday it rained, and we didn't hear from them on Thursday. We called and they said they had gotten tied up on another job. They came the following tuesday.

Not surprisingly smooth from the beginning to end. Finished work on time as described on contract. Good workmanship. It is truly a pleasant experience.

The bid process was very good. They came to the house and sat down to discus their bid, then kept in touch all through the process. Everything happened in a timely manner and the quality of work was good. The crew foreman introduced himself when they arrived and the crew was respectful of me being at home and our property. The roof was replaced on a Thursday, i found a spot that needed repair on Friday and it was repaired on Monday. The gutters and downspouts were replaced the next week and work great.

I called after my were very son woke up and went into the bathroom and started screaming that water was coming in from the ceiling. They quick to come out and give me an estimate after it was dry and safe to have a technican on the roof. In the meanwhile, they told me what to do to minimize the damage. They came out the following Tuesday which was only a couple of work days after the quote. I was very impressed that they took the time to work me in. I explained that my husband was military and that I couldn't handle any other damage occuring. They were understanding and made it a point to fix it in a VERY timely manner. Paul also took the time to caulk the other vents and give me some information on those vents as well. I would use this company without hesitation. I have the business card in my desk drawer. I also have their number in my cell phone. I have recommended this company to a few other people in the last week or two since I have used them. I plan on using them on any other roofing repairs and/or replacements

Paul Hooper came out the same day I called and provided us with a good estimate. Paul came out to our house the very next day (in between jobs) and replaced our missing shingles. This was a great experience for us from start to finish. I would highly recommend Quality Tops Roofing, Inc.

Bruce came out earlier in the week and gave me an estimate after walking on the roof and checking out the hail damage. He then sat down with me and went over all my replacement options and costs. I then signed the contract and the crew came out two days later and finished the job in one day.

Seems to be a good repair as we've had heavy rain and so far no leaks. Prompt in communication and very upfront about costs. If you have to repair a roof I would recommend this company.

They came out on time for the estimate, and gave a reasonable quote. They performed the work on time and they did a great job. Will use them again for any roofing needs I may have.

Contacted and received bids from three roofing contractors listed on Angie's List. Decided on Quality Tops Roofing because the bid was the most complete and they were able to complete all aspects of the job within their company, i.e. they did not use subcontractors for parts of the job. Other companies wanted partial, upfront payment whereas Quality accepted full payment upon completion of the job. The president of Quality came to personally explain the entire process for roof replacement and calculated the cost. During the work there were two variations on costs, one more and one less money (ended up owing $50 less than original bid), and they explained each one as it occurred. The workmen worked diligently for three days; were polite and cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. At the completion of the job, they were very careful to magnetize the area for nails. This major home improvement was completed without a hitch. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the workers and the company as a whole.

They were up on the roof for about 45 minutes and after since there was not much to do, the roofer advised they would send a refund of $50. I was delighted with the verdict and the refund because of the lack of time involved. The roofer was very nice, made recommendations and said they would come back any time. Very nice experience! About a month after they were here, I did get a check for $50 from the company.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I chose Quality Tops because of their good rating on Angie's List, their references, and the great job they did in thoroughly explaining face-to-face all of the items they would be doing. The roofing crew was very good, and did a fantastic clean-up job before they left. The skylight, gutter, and carpentry sub-contractors were also very good. Quality Tops provided me with all I needed for my insurance claim, and also with the paperwork I needed on the impact-resistant shingles to get a discount on my homeowners policy.

Bruce was very responsive and professional. The crew showed up on time and completed the work very efficiently. The end product looks great. and they did a great job of protecting my property and cleaning up after the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company.

Bruce and his roofing crew performed all work just like he said they would and in a very professional manner. All work was top notch and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality job. I work out of town a lot and Bruce was very willing to work with my schedule so that I could be on site during the work. Cleanup of the area around my house was excellent as the work was progressing as well as at the end of the job. Something I really appreciated about Bruce was that if you called him and for some reason did not reach him and had to leave a voice mail, he would return your call promptly, usually within a few minutes of your call. Bruce would also respond to my emails in a very timely manner. Communication with everyone at this company was just excellent! A day or two after the work was complete, Tim set up an appointment with me to come out and look over the roof to make sure the work was done right and to my satisfaction, which it was. All in all this was a very positive experience working with a great company.

We were out of town and our son in law called me and informed me that we had water coming into our Family Room. The ceiling was damaged along with the custom paint. When I returned home I called 4 roofing companies and Quality Tops Roofing was the only company that scehduled an appointment for me. Paul Hooper from Quality Roofing came out and identified the area of the roof that he thought didn't look right. I have a very steep pitched roof and was unable to get up to the point on the roof that Paul had identified. Paul was very courteous and professional. I was pleased that he said that they could replace the bad section of shingles as I was thinking i would have to replace the entire back section of the roof. Unfortunately, Paul advised me that they were backlogged with roof jobs that had already been scheduled and that they would not be able to make my repair for 3 weeks. I appreciated him being honest with me. I told him that was fine. Approximately 2 weeks later the weatherman predicted severe storms that evening. I needed to avoid any further interior damage so I purchased a gallon of rubberized roof sealant and swabbed area that Paul identified using my long handled swimming pool brush sealing the entire are. Fortunately with the severe rain we had that night my Framily room ceiling remained dry. The following week Paul and his crew replaced the affected area and after two subsequent rains I am happy to say that the leak is fixed. Kudos to paul and Quality Tops Roofing. I will definitely use them again for any roofing needs.
