My roof has experienced 3 hailstorms in its 3 years. Several of my neighbors have been getting roofs replaced. I have had 3 different roofing people knock at my door and offer estimates, claiming damage to my roof. Being alert to fraud, I looked up the best rated roofing company. Bruce came out, actually called and came early, and inspected my roof..... And found no significant damage! I'm thrilled to have this service- I appreciate an honest company!

Everything went well. They were prompt and professional, and they did a good job with the repairs.

Billy and his crew were prompt and did excellent work. They even upgraded my shingles to the lifetime warranty shingles for free. Did all work within the insurance claim and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I had to look hard to find any material left behind. They did take one day long to complete (4 extra hours) than estimated due to the slope and size of my roof. Would definitely recommend. They even worked with me as it took my bank forever to cosign the check.

Four turbine attic vents were added to better ventilate large attic. The workers were on time the morning of December 10th in spite of very cold weather. They worked fast and efficiently and returned the next day to complete the job.

They were excellent and we were very pleased with our decision in selecting them to do this job. We would use them again. We contacted them based on the information in Angies List and the Fort Worth, Texas Better Bureau. they helped us select 4 top quality custom tinted flat glass skylights for our roof to replace our existing plastic skylights of 26 years. They were varied in sizes from 4'X4' to 2'x4' and two 2'x3'. They professionally installed them on time and within our budget. They were very professional and worked with us in selecting the right skylights for our needs and budget. They were on time with their commitments, answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. They were very courteous. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality skylights to be installed in their home or business.

I left a message on a Saturday, and it was returned early Monday morning. They came that afternoon to give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, so I scheduled them to fix it. I was told it would be at least a week before they could get out here; however, they came on that Thursday to fix it. They were here for about 2 hours and did an excellent job. Paul was very nice and professional.

I purchased an Angies Deal $199 for 2 hours of Roof Repair a couple of years ago and let it expire...my fault totally. When Angies List contacted me about how I liked the work from Quality Top Roofing, I let them know that I let it expire. Angie List rep said they would contact Quality Top Roofing to see what can be done. I received a call from Bruce (Quality Top Roofing) and we scheduled a time for a roof inspection. He inspected the roof after rescheduling (I was not inconvienced). The inspection was completed, the areas that I had concerns, he assured me that though they were not pretty their was no damage and did not need repair...but gave me an estimate for if and when I wanted to fix it.

We are new to Texas and the threat of wind damage and were very dismayed at the damage, especially the slippage, as the 7-year old roof was given a clean bill of health by 2 inspectors prior to our purchase last year. Knowing the issues surrounding roofers, we chose three contractors from Angies List and set up appointments. All three, including Quality Tops responded quickly, with salesperson Paul Hooper doing the inspection and estimate. Paul indicated that due to the number of areas effected and slippage in other areas, the entire slope be replaced.The other estimates varied dramatically, from a few hundred dollars to renail and patch some effected areas to insistence that the roof was damaged in many areas and need total replacement.Quality Tops was also the only company that confidently guaranteed that they would use the exact shingle that was on the house and not just a "good match". We talked with Paul Hooper several times about the roof condition and the confusion with the other estimates and our confidence in Paul resulted in our decision to go with Quality Tops and have them do the entire slope. Next problem: we were leaving town for the Thanksgiving holiday and the work really needed to be done. Quality Tops agreed to do the work while we were away and did not require any payment until work was completed ( and completed to our satisfaction).When we returned and saw the repaired roof, we could not tell the difference between the new and existing areas- the match was perfect. There were no nails or debris of any kind in the yard or around the foundation,not even any footprints in the landscaping! Quality Tops Roofing made dealing with a bad situation easy for our family. Salesperson Paul Hooper is honest and inspires confidence about the work that needs to be done and that the company will do a great job. And from our experience, Quality Tops Roofing did just that, a great job. We would definitely call them again and would refer anyone with roof issues to them.

The came in with a large enough crew to demo, repair and install the new roof the same day including the unexpected quantity of roof decking (12 sheets beyond the estimate). The entire job was finished the same day. They stayed with it until all was done to my satisfaction including the clean-up.

Everyone I dealt with at QTR was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I met with the president of the company, Bruce, for the estimate and I was pleased that he provided it in writing before leaving. (It was within just a few dollars of my insurance claim amount that he had not seen prior.) He answered all my questions and I was pleased with his frank answers based on his many years of roofing experience in North Texas. After engaging them for the project the process went very smoothly. Materials were delivered on time and in the correct location. The crew was polite and kept me informed. Tim, the project manager, was very helpful and provided a thorough post install inspection. My only constructive comment would be for the crew to pick up their fast food cups and water bottles each day instead of waiting until the final clean up. Which, by the way, they did very well. Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely recommend them.

I had been putting off replacing my roof after a bad experience with the initial company I chose. I found Quality Tops Roofing though Angies List and was impressed with the prior reviews. I emailed my information through their website and was contacted promptly and an initial appointment was set up. My dealings with all of the personnel at QTR has been professional and friendly. Bruce Sabine did the estimate and thoroughly went over all the items. He was courteous and I didn't feel like I was asking "dumb" questions just because I was female. He told me Tim Cox would be contacting me within a few days to set a time for the work and that is exactly what was done. Every thing about the work was smooth sailing. The crew came on time and actually did all the work in one day (I don't have very big house). I found no areas where the cleanup hadn't been done. I am impressed with the job done and would definitely recommend them to others.

Paul came out and took a look at my roof for hail damage as reported by a prospective buyer of my home. He did not think there was enough hail damage to justify totalling the roof and offered to write a letter for me that the roof is not sufficiently damaged enough to replace it yet. In the end, the insurance adjuster did find enough hail damage to pay for a new roof. But I really appreciated Paul's honesty and offer to help me with a rebuttal to a buyer. The next time I have a roofing issue, I will definitely trust this group to not push for the quick buck like some other roofing companies I've spoken to.

From the time I initially contacted Quality Tops Roofing until all the work was done, everyone I talked with was courteous, professional and just plain nice. They provided the estimate in a very timely manner and let me know when the work would likely be completed. They needed to move the work date twice - due to weather and backlog issues - but they were very prompt in letting me know ahead of time. On the day the work was done, they were on time and very efficient in getting everything done. The work crew cleaned everything up in the yard before they left. It was a very good experience overall.

When I made the call once I found Quality Tops in Angie's list I made the call which was answered right away. Although they couldn't get out to me right away due to the influx of hail damage jobs they provided an approximate start date which fortunately they made it out before the next storm. The repair was quick and the price was very fair. They came in almost $1200 less than the other quotes we received I know if we need more work who to call first.

They did what they said they would do. Everything was fine.

They did a good job. The product was installed as they said it would be. There was a small issue with the clean up. They tried to clean the lawn with magnets and did have return for additional clean up. However, I was still picking up nails after the work was completed. I would recommend their services to others.

You can tell these guys are in the roofing business for the long run and take pride in the quality of their work. Definitely worth at least getting an estimate from them on any jobs and decide for yourself.
